  • This 45 minute at home barre workout will have your whole body shaking!
    Using a set of light weights and a pilates ball, this barre class includes a full warm up, strength work for the arms, glutes, hamstrings, core, and thighs, and finishes with a cool down and stretch. The whole class is in a follow along format and will challenge you as much as your favorite in person class, with the convenience of being at home.
    This is a great class for someone new to barre or for the seasoned barre lover. It will challenge all levels, and includes lots of options for modifications to help support your body throughout the entire class. Enjoy!
