Short and sweet. Now I’m ready to tackle my Saturday! Thanks Dez!
I appreciated a 20 minute workout. Some days I'm short on time. Great class.
A 20 minute workout concentrating on abs is fantastic! Once again, you shine as a motivating instructor! Loved it!❤️
Thank you so much ❤️
I love your classes Dez!! Thanks for the fabulous directions and options for people without a box.
I love the stretches at the end of this class too. Please keep it up! 😊
Love the length of this ab burner when short on time!👍

Thank you so much, painful but needed!! 😂
this was so great! loved it
Did this one last week and loved it! I didn’t initially feel like I’d worked out at all. Then, the next day…😂ouch, but in the best way possible! I love how targeted this workout really is. My abs were so sore!!!😂 Thank you for sharing your videos!!!
Love hearing this!! I definitely felt the same about this workout, a silent killer haha. Really appreciate your feedback and support!
Great class, thanks so much. You did an outstanding job.
Thank you 🙏🏼
Great workout! Thank you SO much!!
Loved it! Thank you very much!
You’re awesome
Thank you! That was great!
Love this video! One of my favorites. The scoops are so fun and I feel them working. Bonus: I don’t have a special pilates ball but I used my toddler’s 6in bouncy ball and it works perfectly.
I don’t know how I overlooked this comment, but I’m so glad you enjoyed this work out and love that you were able to find a toy ball that could work ☺️. Thank you so much for the support.
Love it:)
My Favorite channel ❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much ❤️
Love this! Question though, how come not finish with a 2-3 minute cooldown stretch?
Thanks!
I did it again today and loved it, but I have a question for you: by mistake, at the beginning, I put the medium cord instead of the heavy one. It was harder for the core, but in order to close the carriage I had to grab my fingers at the bar, engaging the abs. Is that normal/right or was I doing something wrong?
Hi Roberta i’m so sorry I somehow overlooked this comment, but yes, if you were to take the spring, even lighter at the beginning, it will definitely make it harder!
That was TOUGH! 🔥 but fab 💫
Thank you. When you say 1 red spring will you tell us what that is for those of us on a different model reformer?
1 heavy spring typically! But test out a medium tension spring if it feels too heavy at any point, not sure what model you are referring to.
@Vicki I believe she's on a merrithew reformer, which is heavier than a balanced body (red), typically 1 heavy spring.
@@dez_fit Thank you I wasn't sure what model you were on.
x2 7/29/24.
I can’t manage my strap it’s always either short or long can u please tell what should i do?
