Hi there, regarding the terrycloth-lined jacket, I always measure lined coats and jackets on the inside (and carefully making sure to measure across any pleats in the lining without spreading them open). Also, I subtract movement ease from the total for non-stretch garments. As an example, let's say the total chest/bust measurement of the back and two front sides equals 36" - I would state that it "should fit" someone with a chest of 30-32" because I subtracted a few inches for wearing ease. And usually outerwear needs more ease than other garments, so roughly a 4-8" difference between the actual garment and a person's body measurements would be the ease for wearing/movement.

Interesting that you'll subtract for ease. I usually think they won't understand and just say xx" laid flat. So far so good. That is a good idea you have , tho.
I was on vacation, so June started off slow but things have picked up nicely. I also started getting creative. I combined two things that weren't selling...a pretty wooden box, and a set of chess pieces that fit perfectly inside, and it sold fast. Like you, I assembled 5 kitchen utensils, and they sold. I'm going to keep doing that, it's fun.
Yes I’d always held back from doing that because without fail someone messages and asks me to sell them just one item out of the lot 😂😂

Definitely, sales are down for me. Historically, March and April have been my slowest months but in 2024, June has topped them. Good time to take vacation.

June was pretty good for me. I slowed down listing due to family/visitors in the last two weeks. Having good weekend sales but pretty quiet mid week so far. Got to get my listing mojo back...
It’s always a challenge getting it back but I think breaks are good.
My June was excellent! July so far stinks though. Hopefully just the holiday thing.

Hi! Regarding the terry cloth... Maybe have someone small try it on, then you can say this person is 5'3 and usually wears size 2 and jacket is a little tight.... Something like that for reference.

have you tried ending a variation listing to sell similar or would it work for those as well? I was concerned with the multiple listings inside the one variation, something would go wrong doing it with those. Thanks.
No I just leave those. Every time you get a sale from one it gets a boost
We had our best month in June! We were shocked and pleased. Now I’m doing a Christmas in July sale on some items I want to move out.

@@pishposhreselling we’ve slowly been going through our listings to evaluate the item against the market. Some items need new photos, some items we pulled, and now we are sourcing for what our followers & the market is looking for. We did get a bunch of new traffic off of a vintage postcard lot and vintage keychains. Mugs & tote bags are a bread & butter items we offer & source regularly.
