@@robertsanssouci2093 A normal microphone isn't FAKE electronics. All it does is amplify. Also, digital is just the format it is saved in or the medium it is saved on. Doesn't mean it has been filtered or manipulated. Performed just the way it would have been in those bygone eras that had to rely on the performers Innate ability without any outside manipulation.

There are too many great PMJ covers to count and Scott is a genius. My favorites are "Creep" featuring Haley, "Dream On" featuring Morgan, and "Love Story" featuring Caity Gyorgy(a spectacular newcomer). Another rabbit hole to descend, but well worth it. They are all so clever and whimsical.

I absolutely agree here. If you want to experience everything a vocal coach can teach in ONE song, check out "Creep" featuring Haley (the first lady). And "Dream On" featuring Morgan (the second lady) is just behind.

First girl is Haley Rheinhart, second is Morgan James (both are phenomenal, check out Haley doing Creep with PMJ, and Morgan doing Dream On with PMJ). This is a big Rabbit Hole you have just encountered!!! Its all great.
The 3rd singer is Ariana Savales, daughter of Teddy Saveles of Kojac fame. She's also a phenomenal singer, She's not a powerhouse like Haley and Morgan are but she'sn incredible torch singer, very sultry and seductive.
Or maybe a step through the looking glass? It certainly is all great.

Also The first singer playing the bass is Casey Abrams.
Both Casey and Haley were contestants and became best of friends on the same season of American Idol.
An interesting side note, not very important but interesting, Morgan James is a Julliard trained opera singer. She and Rheinhart both have their own RUclips channels.
This is definitely a PMJ favorite. Haley is great. Ariana Savalas (daughter of Teddy - Kojak fame) is a very skilled vocalist. Morgan James (the blonde)- Morgan is really in another league and so under-rated. She is a Julliard School graduate trained in opera. She starred on Broadway (Godspell, Addam's Family, Motown, etc). She, along with her guitarist husband. Doug Wamble, has put out a ton of recordings on RUclips during the Covid-19 pandemic. She also has a couple of new albums and several older ones. Scott Bradley is a boss. That's all I can say about him.
Rosalie, the first lady is Haley Reinhard, jazz singer par excellence. The second lady is Morgan James, Julliard schooled, deciding against opera, The third lady is the daughter of Telly Savallas aka Kojak. PMJ is absolutely great. Elmar from Germany.

Great reaction! I highly recommend checking out the Post Modern Jukebox cover of "Creep" featuring Haley Reinhart. In one song I'm pretty sure she utilizes every vocal technique there is. Or comes close to it. Enjoy!

Wonderful reaction! This is such a great rendition. PMJ's versions of 'Creep' with Haley Rheinhart (first singer), and 'Dream On' with Morgan James (second singer) are out of this world. Mogan is classically trained and just top-notch. I love the grit and sultriness of Haley's voice... awesome stuff!
Be sure to react to PMJ w Puddle Pity Party singing Chandelier In Scotts apt. If pmj is playing near you GO SEE THEM LIVE! Its about 6 great singers rotating through songs and costumes. Pure pure music with a kickass band. My dream is for Scott and Angelina Jordan to collab on an album of American Songbook Standards to breathe huge life back into them.
Puddle Pity Party with Haley Rheinhart in Mad World is one of PMJ's best.
They definitely pulled it off. Loved the "New York New York" playing in the background at points. Speaking of bass, You should check out Geoff Castelluchi and The American Sirens singing the Christmas song "Mele Kalikimaka". Another classic style cover.
Being a big time Angelina Jordan, this did give me a big smile....A J is just as great, and can only wonder how much greater when at 16 she will be in 10 years at their age..WOW..
Great reaction Rosalie! PMJ uses different singers in their performances and, in my opinion, two of the best were Haley Reinhart and Morgan James. They were the first two singers in this song. I saw Haley live last month and she was amazing! Truly a unique talent. You will have to listen to Haley and PMJ's Creep. Morgan shows her powerhouse vocals singing Dream On with PMJ. Both songs are fantastic and worthy of a reaction.

My two favorite singers that work with PMJ are Haley & Puddles so I would recommend "Black Hole Sun" with Haley, Royals with Puddles & of course "Mad World" with both of them.

Checkout their most viewed music video of all time, which is "Creep" performed by Haley Reinhart with PMJ. As it stayed on the Billboard Digital Jazz Chart for 58 straight weeks and it will literally blow you away.
As Haley Reinhart is not only by far the best vocalist to have ever performed with PMJ but she also put PMJ on the map. As prior to Haley's arrival, all PMJ ever played were cheap dives and tiny venues. Then after Haley arrived on the scene and quickly recorded several music videos that all went viral, PMJ found itself filling arenas and coliseums.
Anyway, more must react to music videos with Haley Reinhart and PMJ or "Seven Nation Army", "Don't Speak", "Oops, I Did It Again", and Habits. All of those will blow you and your subscribers away.

Hi. Both Casey Abrams and Haley Reinhart were contestants on the 10th season of American Idol. Haley came third in that competition but she did some stunning performances including Bennie and the Jets, I (Who have Nothing), and House of the Rising Sun. Good performances to check out if you want to see more Haley.

I love PMJ and just saw them live last weekend. The creativity is incredible, and performing modern songs we know and love in different genres gives us a whole new appreciate for the song and music in general.
PMJ is a incredible. Pick an afternoon and just start watching. There are some good recommendations provided but honestly you can’t go wrong with any.
and now imagine a two hours live gig with that cast (or any other of the various PMJ members)! Saw them live three times already.
We nearly cheered them offstage in Asheville! They kept shouting at each other, we can't hear anything
PMJ is a fun rabbit hole to fall down, but also if you get the chance to see them live it's normally a pretty good time.

Great to see so many know that Ariana Savalas (lady in red) is the daughter of Telly Savalas (Of Kojak and Kelly's Heros fame) - but many of you need to spell his name correctly LOL It's Telly with Ls not Teddy. Not typically the spelling monitor as I have many typos, but it's his name. Have to get that right. :-)

Haley and Stacy (the first guy on the bass) were big buddies on American Idol. They often perform together. On the same day that this was recorded in Zurich, Haley did a version of Creep that has 118 million views. I see you reacted to that as well. I love to watch the PMJ "pop up" videos that give you insights about the performance.

nice reaction and breakdown. postmodern jukebox (or pmj) takes current popular songs and completely re-imagines them vintage (1920s to 1960s) in the music itself and style of the performances that actually take you back in time. if you really like the first girl, haley reinhart, you need to do a reaction to "creep". it maybe the best cover ever done, bar none. what you saw here with her was just an appetizer for what you will get in "creep". all the other haley/pmj ones are great also: "habits", "black hole sun", "mad world", "seven nations army", "oops i did it again", "lovefool" and her most recent "don't speak" . i think what is so phenomenal about haley is not just her amazing silk to sandpaper voice but also her character and soul that she puts into the performances. even when she uses very little acrobats, her pure raw soft voice is amazing like in the intro of "creep". you see this even more in her solo platinum cover of "can't help falling in love" for the extra gum commercial which is truly stunning and frequently described as what love sounds like. you can find it here: (ruclips.net/video/_uNpEbt7w_o/видео.html)

Loved your reaction. I've been following PMJ for quite a few years when Scott was putting himself out there with his RUclips videos (very miniscule at first). Awesome pianist and arranger. Haley Reinhart, the middle and Morgan James, to the right...are both currently on separate tours.

PMJ is fantastic with such a great rotation of singers, dancers, instrumentalists... I probably agree with every suggestion below. Haley is growly sultry (watch Creep PMJ). Morgan is her own powerhouse (watch Dream On PMJ). Ariana rounds this off nicely... and as always... ja gotta love the intrumentalists... i think it was in Haley's PMJ cover of Seven Nation Army (her dress alone is killer) where you hear the brass go so damn quiet but still be present and not in a post production way.... such a fantastic gathering of talent. If i get a PMJ algobot suggestion, I click. ** edit - as a man I have NO IDEA how you tied up your hair without any device, contraption, or pencil.... i was good until it was done and i went "wait?:"... two degrees, can run through calc power series, and know how to unhook a couple diff bra snaps... but here... good music (check), fun react,(check) magic tricks.(what was the last tie down???)... asking for a certified Fidiot friend. ... Nice reaction and commentary! I made a vow recently that I wasn’t going to watch any new reaction videos on some of the PMJ classics like this one, since I don’t know what anyone can say about them that hasn’t already been said. But, it’s still cool to see how people react to these gems for the first time. One thing that strikes me about the reactions is that people are so understandably blown away by Haley and Morgan that they don’t always give Ariana the praise she deserves. Her voice is fantastic, both on its own and in harmony with the others. And her presence is amazing. For most of the video she’s just sitting there, but once you notice her, it’s tough to look away. A brilliant performance all around.

Awesome! Telly Savalas was an actor who played (I believe in the 70's) a detective on tv. His daughter Arianna Savalas is the 3rd singer. I see someone else already told you who the other two are. That was fun, thank you!

You have no idea what you just stumbled into. PMJ has a bunch of amazing covers, and Haley Reinhart and Morgan James are phenomenal. Casey Abrams (the male who was singing) and Haley were both on American Idol together. They perform some songs together and have amazing chemistry (I believe they also dated at some point). Haley and Morgan both have some incredible performances with PMJ, and a lot of stuff they did solo. They also do a duet of Dear Prudence on the sofa of Morgan's living room with her husband playing the acoustic guitar. Creep with PMJ and Haley should be your next listen.

And as good as Niia's vocals are, Haley Reinhart is probably the most popular vocalist ever featured by PMJ (and a personal favorite of mine.) As an artist (and beyond her success with PMJ), Haley has had success as a voice actor (F. is For Family - Netflix), movie actor (We Can Be Heroes - Robert Rodriguez), commercials (Extra Gum - singing "Can't Help Falling in Love" [The Story of Sarah & Juan]), four albums with four international tours (maybe not all of them international, can't remember) and participant on one of the most memorable seasons of American Idol. In my book, she's right up there with Floor Jansen for having exquisite command of her instrument. But hey, don't take my word for it.

PMJ is great. Their version of Mmmm Bop is fantastic. They made me like a Hanson song and I’ve never liked them or that song until the PMJ cover.

Haley Reinhart is a phenomenal singer. I have followed since sing her on American Idol. I think her very best stuff is with Postmodern Jukebox. You definitely need to check out Creep and Don’t Speak.
