- Today I’m baking up some copycat crumbl Buckeye brownie cookies! These cookies are thick soft and topped with the peanut butter and chocolate that is just heaven in a cookie..I hope you all give them a try but beware they are addicting!

What you will be needing
1 cup room temperature salted real butter not margarine
2 tablespoons cooking oil i used canola oil
1 packed cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
2 large room temperature eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup dark dutch processed cocoa powder
Peanut butter mix
4 tablespoons room temperature butter
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
Chocolate topping
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons heavy cream
