What's your FAVORITE cookie flavor of all time??? I Bake With Love + Anxiety Tee out NOW (limited time)!! theicingartist.shop/products/i-bake-with-love-anxiety-tee
I really loved seeing the clips of you panicking a little and looking up the recipes! It felt very relatable to my baking experience 😅I'm glad you had the right ones!
I don't think I have ever gotten a box of crumble where the cookies were fully baked. And I love a crunchy edge on my cookies so I had to give up on the pink box lol yours look so much better!!!
I love how honest you were about your honest opinions and not just saying yours were better. I enjoy crumbl cookies too but when my daughter worked there for a while she would bring home the left over cookies that didn't get sold at the end of close and I ended up tired of them. Lol
I'll always be real with you!! Everything was very similar with those few changes (except the topping for the lemon cookie, I need to figure out some more stuff for that), but their brownie cookie aint got nothing on mine lol!
I'm absolutely loving your Subscribe cut out, the way you're squeezing it in at random times is the absolute most funniest thing to me, I'm so grateful I've been subbed to you😂💜
I know this comment has nothing to do with the cookies, but I find it absolutely adorable and so cute how Archie always wants to get permission to climb up on the couch as I know some people don’t like their dog hopping on the couch so for him to ask for permission as a dog. He is absolutely so intelligent and just such a sweetie. 😍
As a former GM for crumble you put your chocolate chips intoo late so they don't mix in properly you have to put them in when you still have white flour visible and it's Ghirardelli chocolate chips The peanut butter chocolate chip is the peanut butter recipe with peanut butter chips and chocolate chips in it once again Ghirardelli . Berries and cream has pulverized berry powder and berry emulsion. Crumbl only uses emulsions.
I love the little aside comments & special touches added during the video editing. The video content is fantastic, but the side comments, tangent remarks, sunglasses on Laurie, mini videos, etc., elevate the content even more & gives me the giggles!!! Love it 😂😊
Agreed. I tried them for the first time a few nights ago and I do not understand the hype around them. I was disappointed that there wasn't anything special about the combination of flavors, because they are too sweet and lack depth of flavor.
I have a sister that worked at a Krumbl. One time she brought some home to share. I was very disappointed! The texture and flavors were blah. I think there were one or two that were nice. But that's a lot to pay for a disappointing cookie!
@@TheIcingArtist Omg I can't believe you replied to me feels like a celebrity acknowledging me haha but no don't be sorry your content is genuinely just so entertaining to watch, I truly appreciate both your and Kevin's work! Keep it up and wishing you best!
What a fun experiment! I love the texture of Crumbl's cookies but have struggled to find a flavor of theirs that I actually enjoy. Most of them just are so sickly sweet that I never get much flavor past the sugar. I'll have to look up some of those copycats to make Crumbl cookies at home that actually taste good!
I didn’t expect to like these kinda videos: I don’t even know this brand, I don’t feel anything for baking. But this came on my feed and it is so fun to watch this!!
I found this video while trying to use the same chocolate chip cookie recipe you did bc the way they ask you to put the dough on the cookie sheet is SO confusing!!! Im so glad Im not the only one thoroughly confused by their instructions and that it worked out just rolling it like any normal recipe!!!
Omg, you guys crack me up. I laughed so hard and the ripping the ball in half and putting it back together. As a pastry chef myself I’ve come across some pretty confusing instructions at times 🤣🤣🤣
I’d love to see a follow up video on Laurie trying to bake the cookies with the “little changes” she mentioned and see how identical she can get them, or maybe even take a new weeks recipes from “crumble cookies” and try and come up with her own copycat recipes, and seeing how identical she can get them herself with out searching for other people specific copycat recipes. Like if she just finds out the names of the cookies and goes from there- eg how would Laurie envision a “lemon pie” cookie JUST from the name etc
I’m in the UK and don’t have crumbl but gosh do I want to try them so bad! Im super excited for the Halloween/ fall and festive season videos and recipes. The winter is always my favourite time to bake and try new recipes❤️🎄👻
I just started hearing about Crumbl cookies. I wouldn’t like the chocolate chip because I don’t like a ton of chocolate chips in my cookie. All your cookies came out great. You’re brownie and lemon cookies looked and sounded delicious. I’d definitely be making my own for sure. I mean $30 for 6 cookies…I’m too cheap to pay that!! 🤪
@@TheIcingArtist Yes, buying for an occasional treat is fine. But like you say, baking from scratch at home yields just as good a cookie. Of course, if you’re not a baker…..then ya gotta pay the price. 🥰
I just recently made the oreo crumbl copycat. Since I first tried crumbl I have felt like the were too much with the frosting. I think the lemon pie and the berries and cream might have changed my mind BUT the oreo one's that I made 100% did not need the frosting. Half of them I left unfrosted and enjoyed.
For the chocolate chip put it in a ball, tair it in half put it side by side so both the rough ends are on top and kinda smooth the sides down so its one cookie. Another way we did it was take a chunk off the top and shove it on the bottom so that rough top was still there. Ps. No longer work at crumbl and it sucked when i did
I always find it interesting that I never love their full on chocolate or brownie cookies, they are just too bitter or taste like too much cocoa. I end up loving all the non chocolate cookies they have. I need to try the churro cookie you made for sure! Looks amazing!
I love this! I love Crumbl, but their cookies are almost all over-sweet to me so I am picky about which ones I get. The semi-sweet chocolate chunk is the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had.
I actually like crumbl cookies so i enjoyed this and i agree that sometimes some of their cookies are too sweet! I usually share them with my teen kids. I also don't buy them often because they are expensive.
As someone who can't buy crumbl cookies over here, it was fascinating to hear more about them and for you to recreate them! Your cookies looked yummy!!! (also I 100% want that t-shirt but you don't ship to the Netherlands 😭 maybe one day~) 💕💕
Our pie cookies we do in fact cook in special trays. Also the technique for pulling apart cookies to leave a raw edge is to have the raw edges facing up next to each other and ball it around the edges until it’s uniform with fingerprints only on the sides and bottom. It’s only for aesthetic reasons as far as I’m aware.
idk if you'd ever do this again, but the technique for some of the cookies is natural balling! (i work at crumbl lol.) you ball it up, kind of rip open the middle, and rotate the cookie with your hands until it forms a ball, leaving the top untouched. idk if that makes ANY sense but im pretty sure there's a tutorial somewhere LOL
Lucky girl! 💐👏🏽for trying all those cookies! If I were to release my own 🍪lineup it would definitely be as follows: ⭐️Dark Chocolate Chip w/ Roasted Walnuts⭐️Granola ⭐️ Black Koko Samoa Peanut Butter Cup⭐️Berries Whte Chocolate Cheesecake ⭐️Milk Chocolate Chunk
So I live where the first crumble opened up back when they only sold chocolate chip and sugar, cookies and thinking to my self that’s a cute idea but I don’t think it’s going to make it, boy was I wrong. My favorites are the Keylime pie and Aggie blue mint cookies.
Wow I had no idea they were so small that’s cool! We have one 2 minutes away from our house and went every Friday until we tried all of them lol 😂 Mint brownie and waffle are my favorites

Ugh. Now I'm craving cookies.... but those look cakey. I like a cookie with a bit of crunch on the outside and chew on the inside. Not fussy at all... 😊
Curious question; First time commenting on your videos but have you ever tried baking with Butterfly Pea? It's these flowers with a strong blue pigmentation. I use them for tea as when you use acids (lemon/lime juice for example) the blue tea turns violet. I think you can buy it as powder and concentration as well, I use the natural flowers for tea. It is a super cool transformation and I have seen How to Drink use them in cocktails. But could you use them in baking for that beautiful blue look? Would a buttercream made with the flowers on the outside of a cake change color if you spray it with lemon juice?! That would be a wow factor in a cake. To just present it and then go 'But wait-' and sprits it with a spray bottle and the colors starts changing?! I hope you see this or if your other fans know you've done this before. Stay safe everyone!
Recreations makes it be easier for someone to replicate them from home on a budget or be able to substitute for gluten, sugar, nut free ect. They still look so good. I would think maybe freezedried or dehydrated fruit like when you make a fruitcake cookie would keep it from being so moist and underbaked.
