@@amordelsolecito No problem! I finally got to try the recipe but the cookies didn't come out like yours. They were delicious but had dense, bready texture. I wanted them to eb thinner like yours. Do you have any idea where I may have went wrong?
she said use 1 cup butter but she only put 1 stick which is likely a half cup butter. i guess her butter could be different or she just didnt show it but i think she made an error :) so maybe try that
@@xLadyRaineawww. It could be a factor of things. So hard to say. Make sure your ingredients are fresh, don’t make too low temp for too long, don’t overmix, make sure the dough is more on the sticky wet side and you can refrigerate the dough for a little to allow you to make a dough ball easier. Also make sure your oven is pre heated.
Hi there came upon your video coz im hunting for my ideal choc chip cookie! Yours look exactly how i want mine... just got into baking so far the first 2 recipes i tried was a fail.. hoping urs wud work out for me.. will update if they do!😊😊😊
Wait did you bake them with the foil on top or did you just put the foil on after they were baked or did you use that to keep them covered in the fridge overnight?
@@a.j.6432 baked without foil. Only used that to keep them stored in the fridge. Once ready to bake, grab a baking tray and place a parchment paper on it, spray with baking spray and place the dough balls with some distance to them. I usually only bake 2-3 at a time. Sorry y’all forgot to explain that part!!
@@bpxl53yewz29 it’s a lot for me too 😭😭 honestly don’t have the best answer for you right now. I’m trying to learn how to make more desserts with less or no sugar! You could use date though. Maybe try stevia, monk fruit sweetener. A little less harmful lol
@ yes. To replace one egg, mix 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed (flaxseed meal) with 2.5 tablespoons of water. Stir the flaxseed and water together in a small bowl. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes gel-like and thickens.
I just bake these. I tweeked a couple of things, but yes, i used applesauce. You are a genius ❤. I never made cookies so good. Thank you
@@VirgoWhite amaziingggg!! Do you mind sharing what you changed? ☺️
The only thing I could taste were the chocolate chips. The cookie itself was flavorless and cakey. Not sure if I did something wrong.

@@amordelsolecito thanks for the reply! Looks delicious!
did you cover them with aluminum paper to put in the fridge or when you put in the oven?
only when placing in the fridge. uncover, and place dough balls with distance on a baking tray. and don't bake with the foil
Thank you for asking because it looked like she covered it for the oven, and I thought she just forgot to mention it.
Mine still had bones in it :(
Do you shape them when they come out of the oven so they are round?
Yes sometimes if they need it 🤗
Please, what is the ingredients in grams?
If you reduce the sugar (because 2 cups is a lot for me) what can you add to get the same texture?

Just use cane sugar!!! Natural sugar. 😊
