Be sure to let me know which pair is your favourite! Mine are definitely the chocolate brown boots, I absolutely adore how they look! Thank you so much for watching, and I hope you have a fabulous day!
Thank you so much for such great reviews and details. I wear 5.5 medium and ALWAYS have the problem of my heels slipping out of shoes. The second shoes you showed, the tweed block heels are my favorite and I really like how you said that you weren't having the problem of your heels slipping out. I think I might have to give them a try!
It’s so frustrating having your heels slip out all day! I’m glad I’m not the only one frustrated with that in most shoes. I hope you love them if you do pick them up, they are adorable!
Hi there! You mentioned you have narrow feet (so do I) and I’m looking into getting a Margot Mary Jane’s, but I’m personally confused about the sizing chart. I’m usually a size US 9.5/10 but based off of the sizing guide, it says to get a 9. Did you size down like the recommend for narrow feet?
Because the Margo Mary Jane’s are like a fabric material, not leather, do you feel that they can still be worn in the winter months? (Of course, not in snow)
I don’t personally wear mine out much in the winter because I hate being cold, but I think you probably could! They have rubber soles so they would likely hold up okay. I usually just bring them with me and change in my car before I go into work/a store etc
Do you have to unbuckle them in order to wear? I'm pregnant and looking for cute comfy shoes and this is one of my options. But i don't want to have to bend down and unbuckle everytime.
I don't personally have a high instep, but I can confirm the boots are very stretchy! You can essentially stretch them over your feet and put them on like socks!
I would probably go with the 38! I usually wear a 35 but can get away with a 35.5 usually, and the 35 at VIVAIA is perfect for me! They do have a size guide on each shoe page as well with specific cm measurements if you are able to measure your feet quick to double check the best size!
HONEST REVIEW: Customer support only works for influencers. The shoes wear off. The finger foot that stands a bit out because the fabric is so maleable end up giving in the fabric. Also for the pointed ones, the point also gets like a crease that does not go away. Also, I know people that don't find them comfortable and others that wanting to contact the company to change size or other issue never got a response. They also false adviertise sales that then are different once you access the website. OVERALL: these shoes are not woth the money and the company sucks (not to mention gree wash)
I have never personally needed to contact customer service, so I honestly can't speak on it! I do have multiple pairs of VIVAIA shoes, some gifted, some purchased by me, and I like most of them. It is very hard for me to find shoes in my size so I have been pleased with my purchases, especially the boots. Of course they won't be for everyone though - I appreciate your opinion!

I love their square toe Mary janes.
You look fabulous in the last outfit, my dear!

I went with my normal size which is a 5! Unfortunately because my feet are so small I couldn’t even size down if I wanted to 🥲

I never unbuckle them! I just slide my foot in 😊 I don’t think I have unbuckled even a single time since getting them!
Hi! Did you need the wash bag to wash the Mary Jane’s?
I personally throw it in a large mesh bag that I already owned for washing socks! It works great for me!
How do you get the boits on with a high instep
I don't personally have a high instep, but I can confirm the boots are very stretchy! You can essentially stretch them over your feet and put them on like socks!
Porto la 38 (Italia). Non so se prendere la 38 oppure 38.5. mi consigli? Grazie ❤

If God forbid you are ever widowed you can marry me. Our wedding would be called the "Jamie Leigh Gagnon - Mike Hock" wedding.
This is one of the most disgusting comments I have ever received. Don't say things like this to strangers.
