I tried creatine once a few years ago when I 1st started working out and it literally taste like chocolate chalk and it was bad for my stomach. I'm more advanced now so Imma try it again since I'm at that peak stage now. Me and you have the same build.

Not really. Guys that have hair loss are typically already pre-disposed.
All I use is Creatine Monohydrate and once and a while Beta Alanine

I’m 6’5 250 lbs
I tried it for 4 months and I didn't notice any changes in body nor did I increase my strength through the workouts. I read many studies and it seems some people don't respond at all to creatine. I'm thinking of just taking protein but whey protein powder upsets my stomach. Any recommendations? Maybe plant-based protein powder?
Creatine has a few people that are non-responders. Try different brands of protein for your stomach.
it is also sometimes tricky to promote optimal absorption. There are new compounds of it - kre-alkalyne that absorb better with lower doses.
Dextrose (grape sugar) is a recommendation to promote the reabsorption of creatine if you take it post workout. Hot water and acidic drinks like coffee also breakdown the composition of creatine so be careful with these. Kre-alkalyne creatine is designed to be at an optimal ph although studies are limited on this formation of creatine. But, it is shown to absorb more readily and does not need a 5 day pre load to be noticed lifts. More so, creatine monohydrate is a better more available source of creatine biologically and supply chain wise. One more thing, creatine is most effective in rep ranges 3-8 specifically 5 and under for noticing gains in explosiveness and strength, and sometimes between sets as far as recovery goes for the next set.
