Lol... It is very clear that the doctor don't want to talk about the secondary uses for these peptides and want to remain focused on main pathological indications. That said, anyone that was expecting to see this video and have a better understanding of how to use these peptides for "recreational" and "secondary" uses didn't get a clue of what the doctor was talking about. Next time, it might have been better before filming the video to sync up on the expectations. For instance I have no freaking clue, based on this video, what to use for Fat Loss, Muscle Building and Longevity because none of those were discussed.

As someone who majored in human biology and has type 1 diabetes, this doctor’s depth of knowledge yet lack of a superiority complex is extremely refreshing. As rare as it is to find someone with his incredible depth of knowledge, it’s even more rare to find someone who is not passive aggressive when faced with questions.
Out of the dozens and dozens of doctors I’ve seen and shadowed, he is in the top 5% of doctors who truly know their stuff both towards and backwards.

Tore my meniscus in jiu jitsu. Had meniscus repair. Serious issues with inflammation, scare tissue build up and after rigorous PT without peptides I returned to sport. Immediately retore meniscus got multiple opinions surgery (meniscectomy Ie cut it out) or rehab and try peptides PRP and maybe stem cells. I went with bpc157 and TB500 I’m 3 weeks in and have noticed significant reduction in pain and inflammation, I’m basically fully back to strength training with my path back to sport in sight. I regret not taking this right after surgery. I am very pleased with the results thus far.

Thinking someone can just develop the habits to change their life when it comes to food is antiquated. Most obese people can't. I know because I was obese and was diagnosed with t2d. I was given Mounjaro and it reminded me of my relationship with food back when I was young and skinny. I had no cravings and food was no longer on my mind. I was then able to actually count calories (getting up to 1,500 can be challenging) and completely change my diet.
Telling someone who is obese to make these changes is the equivalent of telling someone diagnosed with depression to cheer up. Telling someone who is drowning in a pool to just calm down and float. Telling a long term alcoholic to just stop drinking. It's what doc's used to do and it landed us with a 40% obese percentage in the US. It seems to be the skinny ones that fail to understand the most...

Basically a short chain of amino acids. It is what builds protein only proteins have more Aminos than peptides. Our bodies produce these peptides, but sometimes they don’t ie: insulin is a peptide. As we age they naturally become depleted. hope that helps:)

I love the way these guy always say talk to your doctor as if doctors always have the answer to everything health. In fact, doctors are medicine men and that's the limit to what they know.
They are clueless about any of these more recent method of healthy and fitness. In fact, I've never talked to any doctor that knows as much as I do about these substances. Most don't even know they exists.
The person most responsible for your health is you. Your doctors doesn't go home with you and certainly doesn't live in your body. He can give you advice -- what he's paid to do -- but the final decision should always remain with YOU.

While I agree that personal accountability should be the patient’s priority assuming that physicians aren’t required to practice evidence based medicine is incorrect. I was fortunate to have majored in exercise physiology and minor in nutrition but do acknowledge the lack of nutrition courses in medical education. It’s really not that complicated though. Also it’s not difficult to justify experimental or off label prescribing when there is a lack of clinical evidence. Above all else do no harm and without sufficient evidence I cannot say with good conscience that there may not be devastating consequences of these substances. I support shared clinical decision making and tailoring my practice to individualized care.

We can thank the FDA for routinely aiding in unaffordable prices. They have hindered the market by restricting compounding pharmacies just to approve the medication from the company that is a major contributor to their funding. Doctors never stop learning, if that were true then they would still be doing blood letting which was once the standard of care. Or better yet lobotomies!

Fast forward today, I am just naturally an olive tone, more darker than my spouse who is half Puruvian, and my beard which was 75% red 25% darker when I trimmed it and could see the contrast in the white sink, to now 80% dark brown -black and 20% lighter colors. Would be interesting to have a discussion with Dr Gillett about peptides and TRT. For some, low testosterone is the result of improper hormone regulation in the hypothalamus and pituitary. If some of these peptides stimulate IGF, would they have the same affect for those on TRT who may have issues with their own hormone production? What peptide would be a good choice for those on TRT and/or for those who are concerned about their glucose levels with the goal of overall longevity and muscle growth.

I've been KETO for over 2 years. Yes, I lost about 45 pounds but I'm stuck at 210 despite being strict on keto. Perhaps due to age and the fact that I've been somewhat overweight since late teen years. In 2010 I decided to go whole hog on exercise to try and get down. I exercised 5 to 6 days per week for several years (actually got hooked on exercise) and did not drop the weight, nor did I build muscle. I did get stronger but that was not the goal.
I want to give Peptides a try.
What is recommended in my situation?

    • @exmodule6323
      @exmodule6323 5 месяцев назад +2

Good question. Maybe you also over-exercised, which affects hormones and makes it difficult to burn fat (although you waste muscle).
Ideally, you were doing HIIT and keeping workouts at about 10 minutes. 3-4 times a week would have been enough.
We’re you doing HIIT or long distance cardio?
I hope peptides work for me too

@@exmodule6323 Well, I've been on CJC 1295 w/ Ipamorelin and BPC157 for about 4 weeks and I've lost 17 pounds, feel great (really great actually) and had several nagging problems go away.
      1. Kidneys. Were painful and dark urine for most than a year. Gone.
      2. Urination. Trouble with this big time. weak stream when I could get a stream, often had to sit and wait for it to dribble out. Now, my stream is as good or better than it was 10 years ago.
      3. Toe nail fungus. Been fighting that for a few years with different treatments. Now the nail is clearing up. I can already see the cuticle and the nail is not dark any longer.
Regarding weight loss. I think that the body reaches a point where it is so insensitive to insulin that anything that raises the blood sugar is instantly converted to fat.

I have heard about peptides for several years, however I am very much internet ignorant and what you could call old school. I am behind the times and would really like to try peptides, and see and feel the many benefits I have heard of. My one and only question is........ " Where do I buy or order real peptides, or get them from a trusted source without worrying about what seems to be all the scammers out there. where can I purchase these compounds? Yes, I am out of the loop on this I guess, but am trying to find a good source. any advice, or direction will be greatly appreciated. please keep the negative comments to your selves, as I have already admitted I am not saavy on this subject. I just need a little advice to catch up to the times.

Ok I need advice! I’m a type 1 diabetic but I also have a pituitary adenoma benign. I’m in the uk so the endocrinologist don’t seem to understand my issues. Ok so the weigh gain has been uncontrollable. I went on Keto but I had some devastating side effects such as nerve damage from Keto on my arms hands legs and feet. I did try ipamoralin for about 2 months. It worked for 3 weeks then stopped working. I need help considering my growth hormone is affected in my body due to the tumour in the pituitary. And my weight is just uncontrollable

Help me understand - if I have a tumour then taking peptydes (the first group) can stimulate the tumour to grow?
I had a thyroid cáncer and although it was removed and all the scans (MRI, scynygraphy etc) there are still some markers in the blood...
I also wander if peptydes can somehow influence thyroid...
