Shannon Brown added 2 of top 10 dunks of all time. Then their was Rey Allen breaking finals 3 point shots . The heroics of Kobe through out the play offs. The 2 most respected teams of the 2000’s. Kobe getting rebounds like he puts points on the board and Ron Artest stealing the 4rth quarter of game 7 hitting heroic shot after heroic shot. Not to mention it was: Kobe’s and D Fish 5th rings Phil Jackson’s 11th ring as a head coach Pau , Bynum , Odom and the Bench Mob’s 2nd ring And The first ring for Metta World Peace I mean it was Kobe’s and Phil’s last big run and Kobe’s 2nd Finals MVP. So many things make this finals great and so many things made the 2008-2010 LA Lakers great. But sadly ESPN. spent those whole 3 years saying the Lakers were done or and that this is Lebron’s era , or everyone in the company predicting by All Star weekend that the 2009 nba finals would be the Cavs beating the Lakers , or the day after the 2010 finals the next day the barely covered the finals but instead gushing over the “Heatles” about how many titles they were going to win.....which turned out to be 2, the same amount the Lakers won with their winning line up.
