    I make a batch of keema and vac pack it in portions and freeze then just add to microwave rice😊

    The pan (& timer) look good - but the link in your 'More....' section takes me to a deep ally pan, the magnetic timer looks handy too. Also, do you eat this 'as is' (it looks absolutely delish btw...) or do have it with something else as well...say, chicken tikka or something?

      I had the Keema rice by itself with some green chillis and Lembu (Bangladesh lemon) this time, actually I do prefer to have it as is rather than with a curry tbh, I do sometimes make a curry sauce to go it , like a madras strength sauce. If it was a small portion then I would definitely add some chicken tikka, pakoras or even a curry to bulk it up. Hope this helps bro and appreciate you 🙌⭐️

    Each Saturday I cook either chicken or lamb curry. Not next weekend I dont. Thank you chef.
