    Looks delicious! If you were using garlic paste (defrosted frozen cubes) would you add it after the onions have cooked and before the tomato puree?

      Thank you so much.
      I would add garlic paste after the onions just so it doesn’t splatter everywhere as it will have some water in it from the ice. I would add 20-30 seconds after the onions so that garlic is cooked/raw taste goes away before adding spices. Hope this helps and enjoy 😊

    The ingredients for many of these curries is almost identical.
    I presume they all taste very similar?

      Hi although the ingredients are save e.g curry powder, chilli powder etc it’s in the cooking and technique that’s gives it its unique taste specially when it comes to home style cooking. Hopes this helps 🙌
