I find cooking larger portains for bigger groups ie Eid difficult and they dont taste as good as my smaller portions. Please help with this and advise me....I get nervous and don't seem to get the measurements right. Have you any videos on cooking for larger groups and occasions?

Just an aside. How long cooking time did your potato take as they looked big chunky pieces yet your rice was so perfect. Certainly looked very moreish.

Rice is a bit bland but a good all-round food and filler but needs a little help and what better than a keema. Tasty, warming comfort food and nothing wrong with adding a bit of potato, I would maybe add a handful of peas mind for a extra touch of colour. This one is added to the list :).

Hi new subscriber here. Firstly, great channel, and I'm particularly impressed with your air fryer tandoori chicken video. I was wondering if you could do a chicken wing video because I used to frequent on a regular basis Lahore Kebab House on the Commercial Road in London's East End. Their chicken wings were from another world, and I was hoping you could maybe replicate them in an air fryer. Ten years ago for sure Lahore Kebab House was the best curry ho. Thanks

Hello Super. It is one pot biryani.I thought of some variations
    Variation 1
For vegetarians:follow the same by omitting keema.Instead add carrot, peas and potatoes.
    Variation 2
    Garnish with fried cashew .
    Variation 3
Add saffron in the end to give colour and aroma.

To get much more flavour from the meat - form into a large patty approx the size of the ring of the hob. Heat the pan to about 400C (200C), add oil and let heat for a few seconds. When smoking, put the patty in the pan and use a spatula to press it down. Do this for about 30~40 secs to form a crust.
When a good, deep brown crust has formed - flip the patty and again, allow a crust to form.
Effectively you’re making a large smashburger - and taking advantage of the Maillard reaction.
When done, break up the patty and go back to the recipe.
