I know that's just a trick to get inputs as I see all youtubers do it. But nonetheless that spoon you are talking about I hadn't seen one since I was a little boy in Dhaka in the 80's. My mother used it for pulao and biriyani spicifically with big oval shaped dish to serve on the dining table. Now I'm gonna watch the rest of your easy qeema pulao recipe. I think I'm gonna add julienne carrots, raisins and almond to mine also. Then zafarn and kewra for extra mughlai touch as I remember my mother cooking that way. I saw the julienne carrot idea in a massive tajikistan or uzbekistan bawarchi recipe. The raisin and almond I think is standard in pakistani Indian pulao.

Rice is a bit bland but a good all-round food and filler but needs a little help and what better than a keema. Tasty, warming comfort food and nothing wrong with adding a bit of potato, I would maybe add a handful of peas mind for a extra touch of colour. This one is added to the list :).

I was wondering if you could do a chicken wing video because I used to frequent on a regular basis Lahore Kebab House on the Commercial Road in London's East End. Their chicken wings were from another world, and I was hoping you could maybe replicate them in an air fryer. Ten years ago for sure Lahore Kebab House was the best curry ho. Thanks

    Variation 1
For vegetarians:follow the same by omitting keema.Instead add carrot, peas and potatoes.
    Variation 2
    Garnish with fried cashew .
    Variation 3
Add saffron in the end to give colour and aroma.

To get much more flavour from the meat - form into a large patty approx the size of the ring of the hob. Heat the pan to about 400C (200C), add oil and let heat for a few seconds. When smoking, put the patty in the pan and use a spatula to press it down. Do this for about 30~40 secs to form a crust.
When a good, deep brown crust has formed - flip the patty and again, allow a crust to form.
Effectively you’re making a large smashburger - and taking advantage of the Maillard reaction.
When done, break up the patty and go back to the recipe.
