My organisation has been on another level since adopting a numbered approach to folders in the finder that mirror my structure in FCP. Means I hate going back to the less legs sied projects of yesteryear
It's the worst when you go back to an old template layout... Especially before folder numbering.
Hey Matt, I lOVE the templates... BUT I am doing something wrong...when I am in FCP, using your templates...it is telling me I need to create a NEW Project to import items when I have a Project already created fro the template import...obviously I missed a step...any thoughts is appreciated??? THANK. YOU!
Sorry to hear you're having issues! Sounds like either a misunderstanding of how the templates work OR maybe importing your footage a little differently than how I do it. Either way, I'm happy to help to get things moving in the right direction.
Two ways to proceed:
1. As part of your membership you have access to my Discord server so you can go to Discord.com and set up an account and then get access to the server through your member perks
2. You can email me: info(at)midlandpictures(dot)com and I can both help you join the Discord AND get the template thing figured out
It's incredibly difficult to troubleshoot these issues over comments on RUclips videos which is why the Discord server is so great for helping channel members learn FCP and use my Templates. Looking forward to helping you out!

This is awesome! I saw a previous video of yours about this, my only problem is when I tried it the structure didn’t appear in Final Cut. I had to create each section, what did I do wrong lol?
