- Today I took my deep fryer to a new level by cooking every meat I had in it. I did not know deep frying every meat like this was going to be so awesome. Cooking, wagyu steak, lobster, pork belly, sea scallops, hot dog, duck breast, pheasant and many more are something the deep fryer can handle no problem.

I started watching guga foods yesterday and I've been binge watching all of his episodes I would say that he's underrated but he is almost at 4 mil subs he deserves a lot more though love his videos one of the best RUclipsrs I've ever watched I love the way he pronounces his words and he is really good at describing food on how it tastes.
The sauce you made for the hot dog and biscuit is something my family does for our "junk food" night. We'll fry up several things and mix that sauce, adding some garlic salt for a little more flavor, and call it fry sauce.
So basically everything is better deep fried, and I couldn't agree more.

CJ AJ Bacon, butter and scallops is a healthy meal. It can be extremely healthy if the scallops are wild caught, the bacon isn’t too processed, and the butter is grass-fed. But frying them in machine oil (canola oil) will make it unhealthy.

One of the best deep fried foods I’ve ever made was wild game deer blackstrap. Hunt it yourself, let it age for 2 week minimum. Cut into 2 inch cubes, use flour, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and a small amount of salt as the seasoned flour and double dip it between the flour and egg wash. Cook for about 3 minutes on 375 degree oil. A tasty sauce to serve it with is a red wine sauce.

I’m so late to this but this video is awesome. Guga said it multiple times, but honestly I think the best way to cook all seafood is to deep fry it.
Okay, maybe not the best way for all of them, but to me it’s the easiest. Made me remember the times I made battered cod, lobster nuggets, and salmon nuggets. The fried salmon changed my life, usually I grill it or sear it but MAAAAAN, fried salmon is DIFFERENT. Awesome video Guga and keep the videos up

Wagyu fat burns at a pretty low temperature. Deep frying is using oil that is over 300°. You’d have to confit stuff in wagyu fat to prevent it from burning.

I get that you're a young kid, but it's important not to make a fool of yourself in life, even at your age.

Cools down the oil and warms up everything around you.
