One of the best deep fried foods I’ve ever made was wild game deer blackstrap. Hunt it yourself, let it age for 2 week minimum. Cut into 2 inch cubes, use flour, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and a small amount of salt as the seasoned flour and double dip it between the flour and egg wash. Cook for about 3 minutes on 375 degree oil. A tasty sauce to serve it with is a red wine sauce.
I like this guy because instead of other youtubers just hating on it right away, he actually gives the stuff a try and ends up liking it more than he thought. Its better to try it before you hate it.
