Pzgraf same here. Scared the bejesus out of me as a kid. Now it's one of my favorite horrors of all time. I still watch it and enjoy it thoroughly. CJ was the scariest Jason hands down.
CJ did a perfect job of the first Jason film to where Jason is 100% undead, all powerful and unstoppable, kane carried it like a boss from there on. I'm glad the movie for as complex and broken between films as it can be, stuck to that theme and kept it going.
I just dont understand how people can say part 6 was the worst...this one was actually the best movie in the whole Friday the 13th series...I mean I know we're all grown adults now and we have seen this movie hundreds of times and it might seem stupid now but think when you were young and watching this as a youngster..scared the living shyt out of all of us but even till this day I enjoy watching this one.
This is the only “zombie” Jason movie I like. I know some may disagree with the use of humor, but I appreciate it -- at least it brought something new to the series. The franchise was well past its prime -- the golden era, for me, is parts 1-3 -- so I liked that it tried to do something different with this installment.
Part 3 Jason to me is better than 4. But 6 and 7 Jason are awesome of how he looks and the design of the way he looks as zombie Jason is absolutely great. Part 4 Jason does look good though not gonna lie
Part 3 Jason to me lacks the menace of part 4 Jason. He’s sluggish in 3, in part 4 he seems extra mean, much swifter and grizzly in how he dispatches his victims, and he even looks scarier, with the greying skin, axe wound, and long black fingernails. I do prefer part 3s unmasked face tho.
Part 7 COULD have been the best, but it got butchered by the MPAA. Part 6 by that right, ended up being the most coherent, best story and full arc for a character.
Part 6 is most certainly one of the best "Fridays." Thomas McLoughlin made sure that a quality and well made film was created. It was an awesome summer movie to go see.
Whoever said Part VI was the worst clearly has no taste. Part VI Jason Lives and Part II are the two best films in the entire series. CJ Graham was by far the best Jason. Kane Hodder even said in an interview That CJ was his fav actor to play Jason.
Part 2 has some brilliant moments but overall the movie is just ok. Part 3 despite the terrible acting and bad special efx is more enjoyable. 4 for me is the best. The best collection of kills, the darkest atmosphere, and the meanest Jason up til that point. 5 is dumb as hell but endlessly fun to watch. And 6 to me is the other best in the series, and imo the last truly good F13 movie.
Funny thing is this was always one of my favorite Fridays. Never knew that CJ graham was added.... I always loved how the other Jason who was big and built walked so fast with such direction as he was chasing the skinny paintball guy.... That quality always stood out to me, never knew that was a different character.... Amazing what I learn in these after videos
This is definitely the fan favorite. I actually LOVE Jason Lives better than the rest because they had a lot of fun with it. They said "YES, Jason is an undead walking corpse, but he can still kill people in a fun way". Tommy Jarvis was back and he was actually really cool in this film. This has a happy ending too. I actually really like Jason Goes To Hell also.
Part 6 was the most tv friendly/easiest to make PG, with the most tv-like acting of the bunch. Not the worst, not the best, just seems like a tv version of a movie franchise.
Friday the 13 part 6 is another one of my absolute favorite Friday the 13 movies because it was the final showdown between Jason and Tommy because that was a great showdown between them 😊❤
The beginning of Part 6 was the first Friday 13th movie I saw. I say only the beginning because it was recorded and only got to the bit where they open Jason's grave and it ended before the lightning strike. I really wanted to know what happened next but it was ages before I could see the full film.
I loved this movie! I just wish they would have went with the original plan to introduce Jason’s father. If you read the novelization it was so interesting.
This is my favorite Friday movie. It really is the "Goldfinger" of the Jason films. I really want to see another Jason film from Tom McLoughlin. I heard they were going to do a Jason sequel with him directing. I'm hoping they change their minds and go that route.
My list of top 12 F13 movies 1. The Final Chapter 2. Friday the 13th(1980) 3. The New Blood 4. Jason Lives 5. Part 2 6. Jason X 7. A New Beginning 8. Part 3-D 9. Freddy vs Jason 10. Jason Takes Manhattan 11. Friday the 13th(2009) 12.The Final Friday
I always wondered why the caretaker was killed. In the book, he is left alive. Of course, Jason's FATHER , Elias Voorhees , shows up in the book as well.
the reason this is one of my favs is because i nearly piss my pants when that cop tells tommy he 'oughta punch him silly'. plus jason standing on top of the wrecked rv is a sweet shot.
I liked his idea of staying in the 13 kills, one of my favorite friday the 13th movies! And mad respect to alice cooper on the album his did tracks for this movie for!
Part 6 was good. I just feel 1-4 were the best and after that the series just got comical. Jason went from being hit and falling down hurt to being able to just keep walking even though he’s getting lit up from bullets lol
1. Friday The 13th Part 4 2. Friday The 13th Part 6 3. Friday The 13th Part 7 4. Friday The 13th Part 3 5. Friday The 13th Part 2 6. Friday The 13th (1980) 7. Friday The 13th Part 5 8. Friday The 13th (2009) 9. Freddy vs Jason (2003) 10. Jason X 11. Jason Goes To Hell: The Final Friday 12. Friday The 13th Part 8
Love this one, this one made Jason a fucking rock star, also with this one I liked how Jason didnt fuck with the little kids, just the ass hole counseler's
Part 6 was OKAY. Not the worst but not the best either. I like the zombiefied jason. In all honesty, part 4 should have been the last one like originally planned!
really? I loved it. I love the intense trumpet/tuba-sounding instruments in this movie. It sounded so cool and gets the blood pumping. This is one of my personal favorites of the series.
Part 6 was okay to me. It wasn't the best or the worst. I'm not a huge fan of the supernatural/undead Jason but it had good kills and it was the first movie of the series with no nudity. At least it was better than the last four films (including FvJ).
1--4 are awesome!!! Jason actually has a tool belt in this movie. How gay. He walks too much like a regular person also. NOT scary at all and kinda gay. After 4 it was over.
I think that part 6 is okay, but when I hear them call it the best film in the franchise I laugh. The main problem I have with 6 is I thought it had plenty of action but not enough suspense and I thought the pacing was way to quick, making it feel like a rushed Job. This movie to me almost feels like slapstick rather than horror. As far as best Friday the 13th no movies can touch Parts 2 and 4 which to me are the 2 best in the long franchise.
Part 6 was the first Friday movie I ever saw, so it will always be my favorite.
Pzgraf same here. Scared the bejesus out of me as a kid. Now it's one of my favorite horrors of all time. I still watch it and enjoy it thoroughly. CJ was the scariest Jason hands down.
Part 8 was the first Friday movie I saw, and it is definitely not my favorite.
It’s my favorite to
Catholic Commando 😂😂 you will go to sleep or I will put you to sleep Hahahaa
how you see part 6 from any movie b4 you see the first ones
Fav JASON FILM EVAH!!
Same jax...same
Btw love your channel
Same here!! First horror movie I ever saw…just stuck with me as my fav!!
Part 6 was my favorite.
CJ did a perfect job of the first Jason film to where Jason is 100% undead, all powerful and unstoppable, kane carried it like a boss from there on. I'm glad the movie for as complex and broken between films as it can be, stuck to that theme and kept it going.
I met him and he is honestly realy cool
Tommy was badass in this part
I just dont understand how people can say part 6 was the worst...this one was actually the best movie in the whole Friday the 13th series...I mean I know we're all grown adults now and we have seen this movie hundreds of times and it might seem stupid now but think when you were young and watching this as a youngster..scared the living shyt out of all of us but even till this day I enjoy watching this one.

hmmmmm kinda curious why The Final Chapter isn't in your "golden era" list 🤔
Agreed, but part 7's look, not the film but Jason's look in 7 is great though. 4 and 6 are my favorite
Part 6 was the best Jason movie ..
eddie williams no Friday 7 is the best
My fav and the best friday movie
To me it is 6 and 7
Part 7 COULD have been the best, but it got butchered by the MPAA. Part 6 by that right, ended up being the most coherent, best story and full arc for a character.
Part 4 the best one
Part 6 is most certainly one of the best "Fridays." Thomas McLoughlin made sure that a quality and well made film was created. It was an awesome summer movie to go see.
Whoever said Part VI was the worst clearly has no taste. Part VI Jason Lives and Part II are the two best films in the entire series. CJ Graham was by far the best Jason. Kane Hodder even said in an interview That CJ was his fav actor to play Jason.
part 2 fucking sucks. 3 5 and 6 are the only enjoyable ones
This is the only F13 where actual camp kids are in real danger from Jason. The kid stare-down is very effective.
Funny thing is this was always one of my favorite Fridays. Never knew that CJ graham was added.... I always loved how the other Jason who was big and built walked so fast with such direction as he was chasing the skinny paintball guy.... I actually really like Jason Goes To Hell also.
Yeah Jason Goes To Hell is very unique
part 6 is the best one by far I watched all of them as a kid but this is the one I would watch on a regular basis

So who’s still entertained with Jason Voorhees besides 🙋🏽♀️?
The director's first movie is "One Dark Night" (1981 or 1983.) It's extremely atmospheric and stars Meg Tilly.
respect for the actor who plays jason
lol that mobile home scene is classic
I know practically everyone says this is their favorite F13 flick, but it gotta say it too. I love this flick!
Such a nostalgic Friday for me, and I met C.J. and have a badass signed F-13th machete from him...he was super nice!
I met him, too! He’s extremely nice!
Part 6 has an awesome soundtrack.
I loved this movie! I just wish they would have went with the original plan to introduce Jason’s father. If you read the novelization it was so interesting.

My fav of the bunch.

He is the definitive Jason.
I always wondered why the caretaker was killed. In the book, he is left alive. Of course, Jason's FATHER , Elias Voorhees , shows up in the book as well.
The Book?
the reason this is one of my favs is because i nearly piss my pants when that cop tells tommy he 'oughta punch him silly'. plus jason standing on top of the wrecked rv is a sweet shot.
Part 6 had an awesome soundtrack too but yeah that shot of Jason on the rv on its side is badass
Remains in my top 3
I liked his idea of staying in the 13 kills, one of my favorite friday the 13th movies! And mad respect to alice cooper on the album his did tracks for this movie for!
jason is the most creepy movie i saw
Best Jason Movie without Kane Hodder.
The entire series after this movie was trash and Kane Hodder was awful.
Kane was a great Jason. Unfortunately he was involved with the over the top Fridays.
The movies stopped being scary after five. Lol
Trav Zimmerman i like kane hodder as jason but the movies he was in were trash imo
@@travzimmerman1340its not kane hodder its the writing
This is my favorite hockey mask Jason film, also.
Part 6 was good. I just feel 1-4 were the best and after that the series just got comical. Jason went from being hit and falling down hurt to being able to just keep walking even though he’s getting lit up from bullets lol

C.J. Should have been a bouncer at his club in Jason Attire. You can bet no one in his club would cause any shit.
I lived 20 minutes from covington, ga. Never knew this was filmed there
this is one of the BEST friday the 13th films :-)
Part VI in my opinion was awesome and very good
the first movie i saw when i was real little but i don't remember it well b but this one i remember seeing
I agree. After 2 it was starting to fall apart.
I like VI because Jason became supernatural. Also, Kane's great but CJ was awesome.
And done in one take, that is the crazy part.
C.J is a badass
Love this one, this one made Jason a fucking rock star, also with this one I liked how Jason didnt fuck with the little kids, just the ass hole counseler's
Whoa! i didn't know there was a book.
My favorite is part 6, mainly because Jennifer Cooke is in it.
Cool
I only ever watch part 1 and part 2 in 2019
The best one
Agreed.
best ever
Is that Dudley from Different Strokes?
Cj Graham is à legend
woohoo jason is alive again. take that roy
I had no idea there was a book. Where can i find it?
Best Jason look in my opinion I think actually that part 7 is the best but I would rather see the part 6 look in all the rest of the movies
I have a feeling his parents lived near a friend of mine I haven't heard from one in along time lol
Part 6 was OKAY. Not the worst but not the best either. I like the zombiefied jason. In all honesty, part 4 should have been the last one like originally planned!
Your dad seems cool.
It peaked. At 6.
I actually live in Covington where they film it
The director Tom McLoughlin. Once you hear it, that's all you can hear....y'know.
CJ Graham played the best jason I think played that role well
Ted White couldnt carry CJ'S jock strap as Jason.
Part 6 was supposed to introduce jason's father
jason's sister will handle jason's light work.
I thought he did him well. I love the size of his body too.
I like Friday the 13th Part 7 the new blood
I thought he was Michael bay
I'M A TEENAGE FRANKEN..
STEIN!
STEIN!
STEIN!
STEIN!
Tony Goldwyn is the best part of the movie!
Why would you want to be chained for real underwater? It's a movie, you can make it look real without being bound underwater.
I think I saw a crew member duck out of camera view as Jason kills Lizbeth. Theyre in front of the car at 8:47. Can even see a shadow.
The music is lacking, though.
really? I loved it. I love the intense trumpet/tuba-sounding instruments in this movie. It sounded so cool and gets the blood pumping. This is one of my personal favorites of the series.
Parts 1 and 2 are the best they got really stupid after that
Really? why do you think that?
My favorite horror series of all time. I believe C.J. is just as good as Kane, but my favorite is Kane.
First Friday the 13th I ever saw: 'Final Chapter'
Favorite Friday movie: Part VI: Jason Lives
Favorite Jason: Part VII
I hated jason goes to hell
Would it be awesome 2 put Jason in a foreign land or in Hawaii what u think?
25 grand for that effect?
4 6 7 my top 3
Part 6 was okay to me. It wasn't the best or the worst. I'm not a huge fan of the supernatural/undead Jason but it had good kills and it was the first movie of the series with no nudity. At least it was better than the last four films (including FvJ).

jason x really was not needed at all
lol
