Unbelievable. When I watch these very early covers of Jacob, he is at that moment far and away the best Van Halen cover guitarist on the entire planet, hands down, Period. As his collection grows over the years he leaves no doubt he is the greatest Van Halen cover guitarist in the world. Over time watching and listening to all his various covers over the years it became quit obvious that Jacob Deraps is the world's greatest cover guitarist of all time. In any circle, in any genra. Any song, any band any sound, any style. Period. And no people. Don't bother with your lame Samsuta or any other Damn person on the net as a comparison. What a fucking joke. There is. No comparison. I still remember the first time I saw Eddie playing on MTV. I already knew what an incredible player he was, but I had no idea how much fun he was having playing. All the other great players at the time were so serious and dour by comparison. Eddie brought a light and energy that fed me like no one else had before or since. RIP my dude. Great cover. Thank you ! This guitar was a Fender HM strat at the start and it has a rosewood fretboard so we just kept it and repeinted the body but i'd like to have a maple fretboard on all my guitars.
