Great content! People should be able to rely on law enforcement to clean their neighborhoods up... Only people that say otherwise are criminals that exploit the weak...

I'm a snitch! I called the cops on my neighbor in the apartment next to me. He was beating and choking his girlfriend. He was throwing her against the wall and knocked her out. There were blood handprints on the wall from when he dragged her back into the apartment. She was beat up and bloody. The cops came and arrested him pronto. Bye Bye!!! ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾

The real idea was also similar to how the Black PANTHERS policed their communities with the people in it. They knew the police would not give any real justice so they basically had to protect their own community themselves along with the help of its inhabitants who wanted to rid themselves of gangs and crime so their kids had a better chance to succeed.
As for snitching in the real original sense it was basically when two or more people decided to do crime together and one or all get caught and one decided to put himself above everyone else by giving up his partners. It doesn’t apply to law abiding citizens who are victims of crime. Especially for the black community and the way the police treat it the idea of anyone being a snitch for wanted to stop crime is basically doing the job of the KKK. All it does is protect criminals and force children growing up to have to join a gang just to survive. People don’t get this. Some places at some times were so bad that not jointing a gang was basically a death sentence. Now how can any parent stop the cycle of violence when this is happening and most people who aren’t even criminals subscribe to this idea of not snitching just because it sounds cool. Honestly most are probably just kids from the suburbs who listen to rap music and take it too seriously not even knowing how stupid this mentality is. What’s worse is when Black kids in impoverished neighborhoods have to deal with this being the law of the land.
It is a very complicated situation especially the more back in time you go and the more a Black neighborhood deals with crime. We have seen police in Baltimore basically arrest anyone for being outside at the wrong time. We have seen police plant drugs on innocent kids ruining any chance they have for success because they are now a felon.
We have also seen the way the prison system has been created as a business and the Black males are a commodity to take tax money from citizens to pay for the creation of a revolving door that never ends even for the children of those incarcerated. The more people the police and judges lock up the more kick backs and funding they get. Some were even bribed to put Black kids in prison so the prison can get more money because each inmate means more tax money going to them and more profit.
One of the biggest issues is that just like many neighborhoods these kids who were in prison either wrongfully, because they made a stupid decision, or were given an unfair sentence and a jury that was never their peers may have to join a prison gang just to stay alive. These gangs also use new inmates to carry out their dirty work which means that eventually they get caught and have more time added to their sentence. So instead of a young adult finishing their short sentence and never participating in anything illegal ever again and moving on they are forced to commit crimes in prison thus solidifying a lengthy time inside which means they are now just another violent gang member statistic and their life has no chance of survival. They may also have a son on the outside who now doesn’t grow up with a father and may repeat the same mistakes.
I have seen many alt right or conservatives who argue that Black people have it equal or better just because they are equal in the eyes of the law or because the government may create special circumstances like affirmative action to help kids get a job or into a decent school. We also have leftists or “woke” people who believe that the system is just the same as it was in the past and disregard all the hard work civil rights leaders did for over a hundred years to get to this point. These ideologies are dangerous because one doesn’t account for any context or history or how centuries of slavery and inequality still affect families and communities after generations. The other uses these inequalities to push the idea that everyone of color essentially is being attacked by all white people in one way or another because White people have more access to resources in general. One is clearly worse than the other but both are destructive and impede further forward movement. One tries to directly block the advancement of the black community while the other creates a victim complex and creates a whites vs everyone else cold civil war that will also slow progress.
The reality is that Blacks have had it much harder than any other group and still do to this day despite huge gains in equality which we cannot ignore. We also cannot ignore that everyone who isn’t a billionaire shares 99% of the same concerns despite being at different degrees of intensity which are government corruption and a willingness to put lobbies and corporations above the American citizen. This means that now only Black people will continue to have to struggle for equality but everyone else including many white people are also disenfranchised by the system.
So we need to learn as a nation that we mostly share a common enemy and it’s not ourselves. It is a system that we all play a part in and ultimately is determined by us. We cannot expect one person like Obama on the left or Trump on the right to fix the system single handedly while also alienating half the nation like Trump did. We have to realize that democracy is only as good as the amount of effort we put into it. And I know it’s hard because we barely have time to maintain with work, bills, schools etc but the only way to fix a broken system is to participate in it and not just vote once every 2 or 4 years and expect change. The point is we are only our own enemy if we actively choose to become it not because we are under the control of some powerful political or corporate entities. We created them and we can destroy or fix them. Peace

Honestly, Snitching is not wrong. But living a society involving gangs, drug dealers, killers, and thieves...it is. As innocent civilians living an ordinary life in our cities, we are slaves to our local communities and neighborhoods. The reasons why because we can go out every day and witness the wrongs in our community such as corner boys hanging by our local corner stores, barbershops, fast food eats, And even schools where kids are present selling drugs. As people, we pass them by and say nothing because we are mentally fed the consequences of what happens if we tell. Snitches get Stitches.

There’s only one rule to snitching don’t do it! As long as there’s an elite who’s above law it’s middle fingers to the police forever! The almighty is the only law and authority!
