Cher made it popular with her song "Believe" but it was first used in California Love. It's easy enough to just look it up. I'm not saying that the entire song was autotuned but the part at the beginning of California Love where it literally goes "California loooove" was autotune. Maybe because it's such a small part of the song ppl dont realize it but that was the first use of autotune.
