They have a big following, he has a big following of people who probably don't follow wrexham much, they'll be paying attention now, AND they're getting a great keeper
I think it's the otherway round. Foster as popular as he is, is no bigger a billboard than RR could be. Obviously. Wrexham get a good GK to get them promoted and Foster gets exposure in the media.

Very smart business from Wrexham. Getting in genuinely likeable, quality players with big media profiles is sure to help them build their status as a club as they climb through the EFL. Rob McElhenney doesn’t get the credit he deserves either. He’s more passionate about and puts more time into the project than Reynolds. And is a brilliant creative mind, really interesting to see the novel ways they promote the club as the profile grows.

McElhenney is the engine driving everything and 110% into investing and growing the club. He is the proper real driving force. Reynolds provides that bit of extra star dust on top. They work well together.

Fair play to him he could be at a premier league club as a 2nd or 3rd choice keeper and finish his career on the big bucks. Football for him is obviously not just about money and the status that that comes with being a premier league player.

Good signing for loads of reasons for Wrexham. His high-level experience should be invaluable.
As a player - he's nearly 40 but has played at a much higher level. Can probably be good for a couple of years for them.
As a coach - might not want to transition into that but is likely to help young keepers just with his presence.
As a media figure - will talk the club up in interviews and raise profile even more.
