As a Manu fan it makes me so happy to see BF out here enjoying his football with a big smile on his face and making big saves. What a consumate professional and awesome keeper. Good luck for the rest of the season Wrexham.
Incredible save, Ben! I've been hearing a lot about Wrexham FC bcs of Ryan Reynolds being the club owner and you going out of retirement to play for this club again. I would be thrilled for the entire team if they actually end up getting promoted and hoping to see Wrexham get big and recognized in the future. Ryan's exposure and backing to the club is defo gonna help with that I reckon. As a European, im actually pleasantly amazed by how much Ryan is invested in UK's football and its culture considering he's Canadian.
As a Canadian I'm pleasantly surprised you didn't call him 'American'. By the way, soccer is the most played sport here, kids usually just change to Hockey or other sports once they get a little older.

From a South African who supports Arsenal, loves Ben Foster, knows nothing about Wrexham (apart from the fact that its owned by 2 comedic gems), this literally brought a couple tears to my eyes. Go on, Ben, you fucking legend!
That's how to become a legend for all times. A proper legend, not just the "nice one, what a legend" meaning that is part of popular vernacular. So many camera angles of the save, but there was one angle missing, the angle we were all most looking forward to seeing... Apart from that one detail, amazing. Incredible. Unbelievable.

@haveanotherpinacolada maybe, doesn’t change the fact they’ve got a Premier League level keeper in goal in the 5th tier of English footy, hardly a fairytale is it 🤣
Love when after saving the penalty Foz is instantly commanding his players to setup for the corner knowing full well the game is not over until the whistle is blown, that is class and professionalism at it's best.

@@lordpembridge303 If there was ever a season where two teams deserve automatic promotion to League 2, it's this one. Wrexham (103 pts.) and Notts County (100 pts) are so far ahead of current 3rd place Woking (78 pts) that they shouldn't even bother with a playoff. While that would screw over Woking, Chesterfield, Barnet, and Boreham Wood, the difference in quality between the Top 2 vs. places 3rd through 6th are about as wide as the ocean that separates Wrexham and the places their owners are from.
As an outsider who doesn't live in England and has no idea of the leagues outside of the premier league, I just want to say thank you to Ben Foster and Ryan Reynolds for introducing me to Wrexham. This team has become my favorite second team in english football and I am absolutely loving the performances and matches. Huge congratulations to Ben and I pray that Wrexham gets the promotion it deserves.
It's crazy, isn't it? These teams are officially the 93rd and 94th best teams in the English football system. I only say officially because they're obviously better than a lot of League Two too.

Have to agree with the point on diving, it’s ruining the premier league, get up and get on with it.
100%
Ben you're a f***ing legend for this. A man truly just enjoying his football, making content, celebrating the people around. This is what life should be about.
The “Super Ben Foster” shows just how much this means to Wrexham, that save may be one of thousands for a former United, Premier League and England Player. For Wrexham however, that may be the most important save in their history! Absolutely bonkers mate what a legend! Up the boys 🎉
Missed The Baggies!!!
It isn't just that save, it's the two he made in the 2005 Football League Trophy final, the highest level cup has ever won
As a Manu fan it makes me so happy to see BF out here enjoying his football with a big smile on his face and making big saves. What a consumate professional and awesome keeper. Good luck for the rest of the season Wrexham.
Glory hunter
if ur a united fan u wouldnt say "manu" its just violating the club
We’ve all been waiting for this! Buzzing when you mad the save ❤

A lot of Canadians prefer football to basketball funnily enough!
As a Canadian I'm pleasantly surprised you didn't call him 'American'. By the way, soccer is the most played sport here, kids usually just change to Hockey or other sports once they get a little older.
That's not true@@juliannabell75
This kind of coverage you never see as a football fan. It gives you a taste of what it's like out there, and gave me goosebumps watching it and trying to relate to how it feels for Ben. What a feeling that must be. Well done mate, great game, great save, great video.
Probably the best National League season ever. Great Job, Ben and Co. Fantastic performance from Wrexham and even Notts County 👏👏
Both teams are so far ahead of the rest this season. Whoever doesn't get automatically promoted shouldn't have much trouble in the play offs... but knock out football is a different animal.
Nope. That was definitely 1997/98. 😎
I told you, signing of the season.
What a guy and what an absolute pleasure and honour to have watched you since early utd days
Legend. ❤
Love from Iceland 🇮🇸
As a goalkeeper, this is what you dream of as a kid, and end up being some of the greatest moments of your life!
It's a shame that not enough keepers get to experience it. They're usually the fall guys. Great to see this, especially for such a likeable bloke.
Are you Greek?
You dream off being in the semi pro league?
@@iwearLingerie national league is almost entirely professional lol
It doesn't matter what level you're at, you remember moments like this all your life. Absolute class!
I don’t even support Wrexham but after seeing that game, the passion from their supporters is incredible for a national league team even most teams in the leagues above them don’t have that type of support it’s amazing to see from them. Well done Wrexham 👏 and what a save from Ben after knowing what was at stake in one of the biggest matches of the season and the fact he’s 40 makes it even more remarkable. Congrats Wrexham 🙌
Every single premier league team has this same amount of passion amongst the fans 🤷♂️
When I saw Rob and Ryan had taken over I thought it was just a joke thing. This is no joke now. What a story.
They weren't quite so "passionate" at The Shay last Friday. 🤷😝
I feel exactly the same 👍 Man U , Salford
Good on you Ben
What an inspiration ben is. Showing that even at 40 you can be man of the moment. Love it. What a bloke. Frigging legend
Ryan Reynolds seems so genuine in his excitement, so clear he really cares about it all and makes him seem so likeable
After one of the hardest days of my life, the save, the chants, the talk with Ryan Reynolds at the end.. This brought me to tears Fozy. This is what football's all about
Praying for you friend. With adversity comes triumph💪 you've got this

That’s what kills me. Where did the GoPro go after half?! Just a massive missed opportunity.
@@jjbailey6430 I’m guessing he sacked it off at half time as they were down 1-0
Go pro distract his concentration
The fact that he turned off the Go-Pro to fully concentrate on the game, only bolsters what a legend he is.
@@nildex34 he would never say it’s a distraction, probably just a respect thing to the club and teammates in a very very important game where they could lose the title, and one of your players is collecting content for RUclips? Not a great look
Yep I couldn’t wait for this one Ben. Another banger and that save was friggin legendary!!! What a leg you are ben!
Watching this almost had me in tears. This takes me back when I was a kid, playing sports, getting that one moment that will last the rest of your life. Man what memories.
This game made me fall in love with football all over again. As an Everton fan I can assure you that's not easy 😂
Super Ben Foster in goal, Mullin reminding us it’s not over yet, PP enthusiastic post match talk, RR being a genuine fan boy and that crowd! Sums up what Wrexham is all about! Keep it going boys and end our 15 years of hurt 🙏🙌🙏🙌
As someone from North Wales who has always followed Wrexham as our only professional club this whole journey so far has been amazing.
It’s so great when amazing things happen to good people. Well deserved Ben, congratulations!
What a game, what an atmosphere and what a save! If my team showed as much passion and fire this season we wouldn't be in the mess we are. Looking forward to seeing how Wrexham progress over the next few years. And you Mr Foster are an inspiration. Well done!
National League or Premier League - that was an amazing save against a well struck penalty, regardless of the league. Well done Ben. Took the day off from work to watch the match in real-time from Colorado. Wow, what a way to go top of the league.
Same here! Took a day off work here in Charlotte, NC. Well worth it!
All the club Bens played for, all the moments he has had in career, I guarantee you that penalty save was one of his best moments in his career, thousands of people have become second hand Wrexham fans, the story is amazing and I for one wish them all the very best
The story isn’t that amazing, pay to win
you dont beed to guarantee it mate, he said it was
@haveanotherpinacolada maybe, doesn’t change the fact they’ve got a Premier League level keeper in goal in the 5th tier of English footy, hardly a fairytale is it 🤣
Behind the scenes, a wholesome look inside a great team and a true fan base! GO WREXHAM
From a Celtic fan
Hail Hail
Hail hail 🍀
Cin smell u thru the phone ya jakeball
Love when after saving the penalty Foz is instantly commanding his players to setup for the corner knowing full well the game is not over until the whistle is blown, that is class and professionalism at it's best.
I was born in Wrexham but moved away in 2002. I have always kept an eye on the football club and seeing what Ryan and Rob have done for the community is unbelievable! Good luck with the remaining fixtures
As someone famous once said..... I SWEAR YOU'LL NEVER SEE ANYTHING LIKE THIS EVER AGAIN!!!!! Amazing Ben and the whole Wrexham team! Putting Non League on the map for sure! Also, credit to Notts County for making it one of the games in a lifetime! ❤❤
They're not going to be non league for much long.
SO WATCH IT. DRINK IT IN.
Ryan is great. That conversation between Ben and Ryan was such a unique moment. Love it
Love the Apreciation of the Team as soon as you entered the Locker Room. Amazing Teamplay! Stay Awesome!

What. A. Performance.
No connection to wrexham what so ever myself, but scenes like these are why we love football. What a save.
Liverpool fan here. I'm loving the crazy ride Wrexham are having. In a depressing world this is awesome to see. Congratulations on getting up😁👍🏆
Imagine retiring, then nearly a year later ending up with a moment like that. Fate. What a story this is!
The fact that this felt like the climax of a movie I’m buzzing off of this. Congrats to Ben and Wrexham!
Gotta say Summertons commentary was epic. He really caught the crazy atmosphere. What a story. Fantastic vid. Love the resetting the spot kick to try to wind up Ben..the dignified way the nots players congratulated the Wrexham players after the loss.. and the way the Wrexham players avoided eye contact with Ben after nots scored the free kick. Awesome game. Good luck Wrexham!!!
Great movement in the box Ben. You made all the right moves, even when conceding you were always heading that way and getting behind the ball. HISTORIC WIN!
What a save! What. A. Save. None of us will ever forget it. (Loved the cameo with Mark Griffiths and the Wrexham Player crew, too!)
Literally sat here getting emotional watching all of this! The reaction of the fans after the game is just something else! Everyone will remember this game and tell their grandkids about it! Football is the best sport in the world! Class video as always!!!
What a club , what a team , what an amazing pair of owners and what an amazing fan base ! So proud of everything that’s been achieved at Wrexham ! Now let’s bring it home to league two 🐉 xxx
There’s this different connection with Ben, watching his journey through his videos. It only makes it sweeter to see moments like these. Good work, Ben!!

Watched this game on TV. This was an unbelievable since you’ve got Wrexham with the famous actor, Ryan Reynolds. And you’ve got Notts County with a rich history of success. I hope both teams get promoted and keep rising up the football ladder.
Love how after your Fozcast a while back with Rambo Ramsdale and you both expressed how competitive you both are. Que this weekend, Ramsdale makes wonder saves to keep Arsenal title hopes alive... Foster can't let him have that and makes history saving a peno in the 97th minute! Love it

I am happy for both teams. Both showing up to what is obviously the most anticipated non league game of history, by a massive margin. You guys put on a SHOW. Can you imagine, a guy in northern Norway anticipating the highlights from this game more than most EPL results.
I fell out of love with football years ago .. sick and tired of what the Premier League has become .. but this is amazing.. I’m invested in the future of Wrexham.. the star dust sprinkled by rob and Ryan along with the money and media interest has revived a dying club and town. The supporters are incredible.. best of luck Wrexham

Well done Ben and Wrexham! People around the world are taking note! And the owners are showing other club's owners how to be involved and actively engaged with their club. Love it❤✌️
I hope Rob and Ryan are also showing other owners that it can also be a lot of fun and a huge buzz to get emotionally invested in their clubs. Sadly too many club owners only really care about £.
Cant believe people called you a PR signing, what a keeper what a legend!
In a sense it is - he’s too good for these leagues. Lets not forget a season ago he was a prem keeper and was close to signing for Newcastle as a backup.
But what a fucking way to introduce yourself + what a player to have in a dressing room.
Oh believe me it is. But it is also a great call, football-wise, as well.
@@Jacob.Smith. It's good PR for Ben as well. Sitting on Newcastle's bench wouldn't make for good RUclips content. Playing for a team owned by Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mcelhenney does.
