Work muscle over show muscle…. I competed 20 years ago and looked really pretty, but in the few months since I have found you my functional strength is through the roof. Your followers do the work, but we also cannot thank you enough for the videos and constant inspiration that you bring.
I’m pushing 60 and enjoy all your workouts, but also a fan of the bully breeds. I’ve had 5 in my lifetime and seeing yours come into the frame always makes me smile.😊
Give Yin Yoga a chance. It will do wonders to your health, joints, aches, recovery, sleep, etc... Super healing practice for every human being independently of the levels of fitness. There are plenty of amazing videos in youtube. If you need one recommendation, I would suggest Travis Eliot's classes. You can also just search for the particular part of your body that needs attention followed by "Yin Yoga" Cheers
Great videos and exercise guidance; thank you! Unfortunately, I was not able to get the free e-book. Is it still available? If yes, how is it delivered? Can it be downloaded from the web page or emailed with a link? Thank you!
Start with a 8 or 10 kg kettlebell, and have a rest when you need it. Give yourself the needed regeneration time, you should do this workout with at least a 1 day rest in between. Your body needs time to adapt. Then you will get in shape in a couple of months. Continuity is key.

Being over 40, it's not the building part that kills you, it's the regeneration. :(
You are not probably eating well

So much more fun than barbells/dumbells. I actually look forward to every workout. Thanks, bro.
Really digging the new background!
Great workout , as usual ! One of my favorite, after EMOM! If you are in a short of time it takes only 10 minutes PLUS 10 minutes fir warm-up !
Very good one. Heart rate was screaming and not putting the kettlebell down helps to push you to go harder. Thanks!
love that simple WO! looks like we could impliment that every day. TY!
Great inspiration!
Love the videos. Appreciate the workout details!
Beautiful workout! Moves every muscle in your body 💪 and ❤
Simple Routine...which you can fit in easily...even when busy.
love your videos. do you have a routine for tennis/pickleball players? thank you.
Done. :)
I'm 56, and I love the KBs, but I need to put in more time doing it faithfully
How have you not killed your dog while kettlebelling? I always put the hounds up. Great video as always 🎉

Nice. What sort of rest period would you recommend if I was going to repeat the workout?
Do you do thia routine every day? And do you do this in conjunction with another routine?
✅ Done
Weird Question but would you recommend this for an out of shape 30 year old Female ?

Can this be done Daily?
Thanks for all the great info you deliver on your chanel😊
Yes, absolutely! However, consider that the frequency over the year is more important than over the week.
@@lebe-stark Thanks! That makes sense🙏
Got love dog.
El clean and press lo estás haciendo push press,no?
Weight of the KB you used?
What about warm up
Rawr
You've put it down when you did pushups. 😊
There's an error in the description: it states hang snatches instead of half snatches
Changed it! Thanks for eagle eyes! 🦅
It doesn't look like press.....
Selling the idea that only kbs can do this is dishonest.
Thousands of our clients who have achieved great success will disagree with your limited understanding of what kettlebells can actually do.
@@lebe-stark Not if they were honestly educated.
My success is built on integrity, which you should have noticed by now, given how much you engage with and comment on our content.
@@lebe-stark If that were true you wouldn't be claiming results twice as fast w/ kbs.
