Great video and routine! One piece of feedback is the ad in the middle of the workout was a bit annoying. It would be better at the start or end of the video. Keep doing these great videos, you both do an amazing job. Thank you!
Been using weights al my life,no3 as a 83yr old senior just discovered yhe value of kettlebeld through a friend.lost muscle through sarcopenia and covid, ready to start when I can get a pro kettlebell[seem to be always out of stock].watched Gregory's videos,great guy, would like to follow him. TONY
...and if you live in a country where these are not for sale, i suggest just getting some cheap ones for start. I dont think you need to spend alot of cash on light beginner kettlebells. As you get stronger and need heavier kettlebells, you might want to invest in more expensive ones. 8-12-16 kilo kettlebells used for 15-20 minutes with basic excersizes wont destroy your hands, but a 24 kilo+ kettlebell thrown around for 30 minutes will. Thats my opinion.

Can we do these if we’re 26 and not 40😅
