Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 is a sports video game, the fourth in the Tony Hawk's series. It was developed by Neversoft and was published in 2002 by Activision under the Activision O2 brand for the GameCube, PlayStation, Xbox, PlayStation 2 and Game Boy Advance.
Exactly what I needed while doing a quick nostalgia playtrough!

I really hope they will remaster this one too!
I would be totally okay with a remaster using EVERYMAP from THPS-THUG2 (Maybe Thaw but i don't want bank drops-

Kona is my fav level by far the trick is to lower your air and speed stats i would jam it for hours
I don’t remember if thps4 has the realistic physics cheat or not, but Kona would be a perfect level for that cheat
If they remaster it, it's gonna be a preorder for me!!!!
zoo is pretty cool. i was so happy when I figured out how to open the penguin house

shipyard and college have the best flow and transfers. London and Chicago have the least flow.
Why have you chosen such poor gameplay footage to accompany the list? It's mostly you toggling menu options.

my top 3 is
3- tied between College and Carnival, Both pretty fun maps, cool challenges but College slightly wins over Carnival
2-Zoo, Smaller map but fun, great spot for combos, and unlike alot of other maps it feels more "lived in" and busy with things going on
1-Alcatraz Lots of stuff, levels, most various challenges in the game, plus the baseball and loop de loop target minigame is fun
Alcatraz level is one of my favorites, the bam margera's pro specific goal is cool.
This game was missing hidden areas that’s it and it woulda been 10/10

This list points out the major flaw of this game, towards the end levels the game gets a lot less vertical losing out on a lot of what makes thps fun. The huge airs, creating speed to encourage combos and the foreverness of the time limit (beating your old scores and all that)...
Because of this Kona is my least favorite in the game. its flat, empty, and way too big...
college is still my fave though.
Huh... This is true... I never noticed that before.
I think college is the best in terms of well roundedness, zoo and Alcatraz were the most fun and San Fran was another well designed map
are you kidding? Kona is great! But I guess I like maps that look like regular skateparks.
It was around this time where the regular skateparks really tend to not play as well because of all the crazy tricks
Putting shipyard at the bottom! Noooooo it’s so good! You can do mad combos on shipyard
I agree shipyard the worst. Switch carnival and Chicago. I would have level 1 college as the best. Its the best laid out and spread over

Amslapped that’s so interesting, I guess I like comboing from the ramps and fun boxes and stuff but I can see how the map would probably do batter in skate. It’s be cool if someone can mod it into Skater xl like they did Venice. That’d be dope 😂
That's great and and all but two missions made it one of my least favorite in the game The Misty Flip Goal and Snake Slalom Run Goal
I played this game when I was like 7 and ended up using cheat codes

yeah, its not a bad map, its just 'meh'. i like the other one. it's pretty cool. and that one is not so cool. i dont know...the aligator is cool. but the rest? not cool

I can see that. Apart from like the top 3 the level quality is very mid.
My least of the ‘good’ ones is thug2 however
@@Slapped i dont like the tone of thug 2, but i still had fun with it. Its more fun to focus on the good ones, and for me the best level design and gameplay are hands down 3 and thug. top 10 levels are almost entirely those games which is super impressive
THUG1 and THPS3 are BY FAR the best for level design. Absolutely no question in that
this game has the worst maps of any tony hawk game up to projects 8 and proving ground
