    Before you vacuum the storage bags, pop in half or quarter of a dryer sheet to make your items smell fresh and clean when you open it to use again.

      Great suggestion! I was thinking of this too..but where would be best to place the half/quarter dryer sheet in the vacuum bag? On top all the clothes? In between them, etc?

    I've been using a mousepad on my nightstand for years. So convenient and great for when I use coconut oil on my skin at night and don't want any oily residue on my nightstand. Great hack!

    I put my non-washable pillows in my dryer on the sanitize refresh setting…it works great! Tumbles the dust out and refreshes.

    I store my sheet set inside one of the pillowcases from the set. Then I know what set is inside.

      And I put the set in a under the bed atorage box with a lid-close by and no dust 😎. Each bed has 2 or 3 sets of sheets except mine-I have two extra sets that are flannel for winter.

    Don't know if anyone else has already said this, but on the red lint brush, just brush on a fabric surface in the opposite direction and all the lint will come off easily.

    I'm going to use the marble like tray for my bathroom vanity counter. Make it look nicer with my moisturizer and candle and nicely rolled wash clothes.

    I love all the ideas today but the one for storing your sheets in a satin pillowcase is so good! I can't wait to organize my linen closet and do this. Love the mouse pad table idea too. Thanks Shannon!

    Hey Shannon, great ideas. I thought of a great idea a couple of weeks ago. I wanted something to stack my plastic cutting boards up in my pantry . I have wire shelving so i used zip ties to secure the dish divider you used for clothing to the shelving and slid them in each slot. Works perfect !! No more complaints from my hubby because of having to remove them to get to a certain cutting board.

    Great hacks Shannon!! One of my fav hacks is to also use hot glue on ur hangers so stuff doesnt fall off! I love the pillow case hack for your sheets as well!

    You don’t even need the vacuum 😲you can sit on the bag and slowly zip it up! I learned this from buying the expensive vacuum bags at container store and I was out of town and needed to pack to come home with no vacuum….I sat on it and zipped it. The air was out and WOW IT SAVED SPACE

    Another east way to make fabric refresher is to use those same scent beads added to warm or hot water in the bottle. They dissolve quickly...I spray my bed every morning after I make it and my room smells AMAZING for hours

    These are all great hacks. I loved the idea of using the plate racks for storing clothing. I thought of also using them to store my large cutting boards, serving trays, and cookie sheets. I have been using those vacuum bags for awhile now and love them. I need to pick up that collapsable blouse hanger. Thanks for these tips and tricks 🌺

    With the lint brush you can swipe it the other way on a cloth and all the lint comes off. Or look at the arrow and swipe the opposite way.

    You can also delint those brushes by taking a towel, or even ur hand and rub it the opposite way to delint the brush.

    Sheets are designed to be washed in cold water and dried on a cool setting. So they stay soft and so the fabric won't get threat balls built up on them. Hot water breaks down the sheets sooner than they should.

    I love this video! Actually had things I hadn't thought about from the Dollar Tree! But I did have to giggle when you spent so much time selling the non-toxins in the Birch mattress and in the next section you told us to go buy scent beads 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

    Great video! I love the vacuum bags. I use them to store my polyfill, so it takes up less space. I've also used the glue gun, as others mentioned, on all my plastic hangers to make them non slip. Thanks again for another great video!

    Mousepad coaster! Made me think you could also use those round rubber thin jar openers. I wonder if there is a good paint to decorate and maybe stencil some patterns of choice. Small coasters have always baffled me.

    Great hacks and video. I have a suggestion, make sure you don't wear your tennis shoes in your bedroom. It will help keep a lot germs out of your bedroom.

    Why would you use baking soda and vinegar in the same laundry load? If you combine an acid and a base they neutralize each other and you get the benefit of neither.

      That’s what I thought too, but finally tried it on smelly wet sheets from bed wetting. It totally works! My laundry smells fresh using it. I put the baking soda in the wash cycle and the vinegar in the rinse.

    *&%$, THIS IS A COMPLIMENT PLEASE READ!! Hello Shannon. I just had to tell you that I just watched AGAIN your video from 12-24-21. On your other channel, THE COZY CHRISTMAS COTTAGE,
    AND I have to tell you that I am totally in love with the format!!
    It is not an option for me to follow a play list on my tv. I have to go on my phone to see who is next, then go to my TV and type in that person then go to their channel and find the video.
