@@Nightwingstan-n7r maybe, but I see this going by way of blue superman. All it takes is one high profile figure taking the reigns and we are going to be back to basics.
Don't worry, you'll be able to find a copy of Absolute Batman choking the shelves. You won't find the cover you want (those will be hiked up by the retailers and put on ebay). The 2nd and 3rd issues might be tough to find because the first won't sell out, so the retailers will order less. Personally, I'd just wait for the trade paperback, this thing won't go 12 issues. Lucky if it hits 6.
in a very, very, very bad way. I can guess by the title that the host of this channel doesn't know about the get 25 books for $25 for retailers....DC is taking a big gamble on an effort with zero staying power.
I hope the best for it. Batman 1 held pretty good value though the years. I heard talk about burnout of working for dc so this should be good he wasn’t coming back for nothing.
Yeah, in his recent interviews he talked about how DC changed a lot, which made it hard to not to pursue other things. He wanted to come back for something big!
Is this the unites that the shops are buying from the distributor? Or is this sales from the shop? Because customer sales from the shop is what matters.
This is true-this is at a distributor level but shops are not buying copies to sit on. Issue 2 and 3 sales will be important to see if readers keep interest.
You’re telling me I have all covers for the three Trinity 😅
Watch it be a bunch of speculator collectors buying it all up because they don't expect it to last very long
I think it’s a lot of that, but I do think there’s genuine fan excitement around it. Hopefully it’s something that lasts!

How does one buy it
You can find a Local Comic Shop near you or find it at online retailers like Midtown Comics or Things from another World.
@@Nightwingstan-n7r thanks for the info
It's like the 90s all over again but not in a good way.
That’s fair, there are some heroes reborn vibes-but I have faith.
