There are so many different characters who work well together in unit that they'd honestly be stupid to not do a spinoff, the episode kind of felt like a crossover episode between another show
Can I point out something that could be a slight giveaway at 4:03/4:05.. In the Time Window Setup there is a VFX layout with likenesses of the characters whilst in the window. One shot sees the VFX with the hooded figure, and then shortly after (in a kind of blink and you may miss it), there is a VFX of a woman with the Hood Down, with what looks like white hair

Very good indeed 🎉🎉❤❤
I didn’t know him I wish I was shocked as everybody else
ngl i think they could have done the tardis vfx if they put it on a rail/rig, cg’d out the track and had the tardis be geared to spark as it skid
It'd been a while since I saw Pyramids of Mars and didn't catch who it was until I looked him up!! Now I'm so excited!!! I've been waiting on his return as long as I have for the Toymaker!!! :D
The time window was AWESOME big time, I thought it was the definitive high light of the episode maybe the series
4:06 - is it Susan Twist under the hood?
Nah its gonna be Mrs Flood
@@Not_An_EV Really 👀?
@@sosh732 Honestly, idk I'm just grasping at straws 😂
It just seemed weird to set her up and do nothing with it, yknow?
@@Not_An_EV yeah but also what's that "thing" that she's giving to the world? I didn't catch it did they ever say what it was? Anyways I think she's a time lord also she couldn't be susan?
I think it might be ruby herself...
gibbons is my favorite he is precious to me. what a lad
Honestly, the second half of the episode was so good that I'd forgotten whatever is going on with Flood.
RTD PLEASE do more with The Vlinx!! It needs more personality. Like a Star Wars Druid that you can't help but love even if it has no dialog or facial features. They have so much personality. That's what we need from The Vlinx. Please! ..... also, while you're reading this (🤞🤞🤞) RIVER SONG Spin Off pretty pretty, please 🙏 ❤
Loving this new series 😍
MARVELOUS, EVERYTHING
There are so many different characters who work well together in unit that they'd honestly be stupid to not do a spinoff, the episode kind of felt like a crossover episode between another show
Oh my God! Millie so sweet!
This was the best episode of the new series by far hopefully episode 8 tops this one
i dont mean any disrespect by this but i think i prefer Moris over Shirley haha, Moris just fits right in, and would also make the 13 year olds feel more comfortable and love the show more!
honestly was shocked of how short this season is but honestly I get it, the VFX/sets/props I can imagine it's very expensive
This episode brought me right back to watching the doctor on Sunday nights on PBS in America with all the neighbor kids. We were transfixed.
On the last episode when they are rewatching in the Time Window when the doctor comes out of the tardis the door is left open when he come back the door is closed so it the woman pointing at the tardis!
but isn't sutekh not just a "powerful alien" whereas Toymaker and Maestro are transdimensional beings?
No, he’s part of the pantheon along with the others
@@AwesomeSauce11823 not in Pyramids of Mars?
Maybe the Sutekh body, with the family drama and all, was just another vessel like Susan Triad.
@@ArakkoaChroniclesthat could be
I just re-watched the prologue to Pyramid of Mars and it says that the Osirians, of which Sutekh is one, were so advanced and powerful that "they became like gods. As well as developing technology and science, the Osirians developed powers of pure thought bending the physical world to their will by the power of their minds alone. As they grew in power, so they grew in wisdom... all but one. His name was Sutekh." (from the Pyramids of Mars Prologue)
The Time Windows is the same as the Star Trek Holodeck room right?
I would’ve loved seeing Sutekh scratch the face of the tardis, his claws almost did!
Is the spin hard landing (ouch! You know she's alive, right?) going to be the default for the TARDIS now versus the materialisation?
Great Episode but I almost laughed out loud when the CGI cloud transformed into the big rat muppet.🤣🤣🤣
i would love to see that unreal engine spot in VR to just experience it. hell. make it a game where the doctor needs your help. you need to stand still for this to do this so its PERFECT
Fingers crossed that the next big bad is Omega
Al Kang is a genius
