IMO after a week, the Xi's good but I think some people are being a bit melodramatic about it. I don't think it's nearly as oppressive as the Norn or Perfect Gundam were at launch. Yeah it has flight, but its kit is pretty straightforward and you have to actually know how to use it since otherwise you're just a giant floating target. It really needs corners to fly around for cover, which makes it kind of stage dependent as well. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad MS, its gimmick is the revolutionary thing about it (as per lore too.) but it seems like many other pathfinder MC Gundams that introduce a new gimmick, its solid especially at launch but I don't see it being game breaking. I'm seeing varied teams start showing up again, because having multiple Xi's or entire teams of Xi's actually kinda sucks. Good MS with a crazy new gimmick, but nothing truly abusive. I'm honestly a bit more worried about the Penelope, which looks like it has a substantially annoying kit and it's probably going to be a headache for support players. I could see a scenerio where the Xi's role may very well have to be that it's specifically anti-Penelope.
Gotta find a counter for this suit. Very few things will stun it when it’s dashing at you in the air. I played like 10 matches with different suits that I thought might be able to counter it and didn’t find much luck. I don’t have the Norn so maybe that can stop its dash? I wouldn’t know. It outruns physical funnels and they don’t knock it out of the air even if they do hit it.
Yeah the Xi was kind of underwhelming. Its kit makes it look busted but in practice it’s not much different from the Byarlant if it had missles. Excels in hit/run tactics but you’re going to get stomped if you try to fight head-on
@@RainheartWSlast year the devs said that they were expecting to continue the game for another 3 years I believe, so there are basically 2 years left. The game ain’t really doing bad either, so it could be longer than the expected 3 years but who knows till that point
Truth be told I be skipping don’t follow the Hurd who gamble every token for pull luck reason why I love step ups is cause you have a chance to get latest suits from any cost plus the new Xi basically free for 195 token I learnt my lesson from the Nu and Sazabi
Game is ending soon. It's a tell tale sign when there's a lot of powercreep in BB Studio games. You see that and you KNOW it's about to end. GBO NEXT was like that too. It's like quickly milking your cows before they die. Get as much outta of it as possible
Not very impressed by the machine so far, could be good but giving it an entirely new rarity scale when it's this, don't think I'll be spending tokens on it(Especially since I never play 700 rooms)
700 is chaotic most the 4 stars have larger kits with at lease 2 to 3 stuns at lease 2 Melee weapons if you haven’t played 700 yet I advise you to save your self of the stress sometimes when people who finally try 700 they go in unprepared causing a one sided steam rolled battle

Don't believe it, it's a strong unit but it's not a perfect gundam either.
If i gotta be honest knocking down the xi from the sky is fairly easy so you should be fine

I fought it with Nu Gundam last night and was able to do fine with it one on one.
To counter this thing is simple… don’t play 700 cost.
Just use unicorn. Shrapnel Shell Bazooka has enough stagger to down them if you can land your shots.
Honestly i think im just gonna wait for the Penelope, and if that still dissapoints i guess I'll wait for the F-91 😂

I think someone said that it's likely that the game will reach EoS next year according to the devs. Cmiiw

Honestly that thing is too OP. It has ruined 700 matches. NuGundam is barely usable now against it.
