  • Ingredients: 1kg of young radish, 500g of winter cabbage, 1/2 bunch of green onion
    Blender ingredients: 5 red peppers, half a pear, 1 piece of ginger, 10 garlic cloves, 2T salted shrimp, 100ml bottled water
    Seasoning ingredients: 1/2 cup of red pepper powder, 1/2 cup of fish sauce (100ml), 1/4 cup of plum juice (50ml)
    Flour paste: 400ml water, 2T flour
    1. Trim the young radishe and the winter cabbage. (Cut off the root end of the young radish, scrape off the soil, and cut into 2-3 pieces of an easy-to-eat size.)
    2. Wash the young radishes and winter cabbage thoroughly to remove the soil, put 2L of cold water and 1/2 cup of sea salt in a bowl, dissolve sea salt, add the young radishe and winter cabbage, and marinate them for 30 minutes.
    3. Make flour paste. (Boil 200ml of water in a pot, add another 200ml of cold water and 2T of flour, then add to the boiling water. When it starts bubbling, turn off the heat and let it cool.)
    4. After the flour paste has cooled, add 1/2 cup of red pepper powder, 1/2 cup of fish sauce, and 1/4 cup of plum juice to make the first seasoning.
    5. Place 5 red peppers, half a pear, 1 piece of ginger, 10 garlic cloves, 2T salted shrimp, and 100ml bottled water in a blender and grind roughly.
    6. Make kimchi seasoning by combining the primary seasoning in the pot and the seasoning in the blender.
    7. Wash the pickled young radish and winter cabbage in cold water to remove the saltiness, place them on a sieve, and trim the green oinion.
    8. Put young radish, winter cabbage, green onion, and kimchi seasoning in a large bowl and mix gently.
