Moving around a lot I kind of feel like everything takes three years. The first year is hectic, the second year it’s more normalized, the third year it’s either much more comfortable or it’s time to move on. Take your time and good luck!
It’s very hard to stay abroad for a long time without a generated income even everything is cheap there unless you are retired and you have some source of retirement or you have a house paid off and rent it out for an income
I really enjoyed this video and I really really from my own experiences totally understand the part where he said everything in Vietnam just feels right
Yo bro, if you want clean air, try visiting Danang, Nha Trang or Quy Nhon, cold atmosphere just go to Dalat or Sapa. North Vietnam can get freezing cold during the winter. Still I wanna say that you should experience the North, it's different, more deep cultural stuffs, more extreme nature. Go for a hike in a national park, all kinds of thing I would love to see you doing bro. Cheers, have a good time. I can only dream about living there coz I still havent gotten over my parents yet.
You are living my dream right now. Just being able to order Grab, have authentic CSĐ every morning is already 100x what I go through in the States! Keep spreading this Asian Westerner idealogy, foresights, and stuff to the world!
Over a year in Danang, I might just have found out why I get the headaches. Can relate to the loneliness and also spend my mornings sitting in a coffee shop with strangers.
Love your content. From what I’m seeing is that a Lot of silent Viet Kieu want to go back and be able to enjoy life without depression from a never ending rat-race in a country where you don’t feel a sense of belonging, like you.. but it all comes down to livelihood. Not everyone can be a digital nomad. It’d be nice if you can do a video of different jobs Viet Kieu are able to work in, when living in Vietnam, and actually enjoy life without being scared of not being able to continue enjoying life.
You do what you want to do don’t worry about your followers, but any create content it’s has to be honest first, fun second, make a different to someone life and your positively
I wish I can move to Vietnam to live for 2 years also. If you want to help people, maybe you can help me make videos in the future. I hope one day, I can recruit people in both Vietnam and the USA to make Eating or Cooking videos.

What if daddy pays for everything because you are a privileged cat born in “motha-fuqka-sweet-a$$ wealth”?

Glad to see you finally took note from RUclips comments and clean the aircon, get a purifier.

As a việt kiều you get a 5 years visa right?
5 and also 10 year.
My two cents: You 'live' somewhere when you generate an income there. Otherwise it's an extended holiday.
so if you make money online - everyday is a holiday? 🏖️

Isn’t this the guy with the wife who is not happy in Vietnam?
Peter, Just let it flow...it will find its own "normal'...but I see an expat relocation service in maybe 5-10 years.
