Does anyone have a problem with ANC? I can still hear my surroundings (such as a kettle boiling water in another room) after switching to low/high. Everything is up to date, and the headphones have been reset several times (including completely discharging and recharging). I can hear the wind from the fan in my ears when ANC is on, which to me means that the earbud microphone is working.
