Thank you .. i loved it simple but woahhh..i felt the burn , I just got back into my fitness left it for almost 2 years due to uninvited illnesses that skunked me into deep depression i just gave up along with that i put on weight on all the wrong places and i felt so down when i could not fit my fav jeans and dress... My goal for 2021 to button up that jeans and slip back into that dress with no fat bulging sides but a perfect fit . I thought this is my health and wellness journey.. so fight the illness and get fit again.. and now that jeans fits up my hip a progress from thigh level next to feel comfortable into that dress again.. AM also cancer free now and autoimmune is being taken care off getting better slowly but surely ,Thank you Mary this is a great workout that i am saving to fit into my daily GET FIT 1 MONTH CHALLENGE .. Happy new year and thank you again for this fit fabulous workout.. Loved the songs too

this is very beginner-friendly! if you somewhat advance or intermediate.. you should do this twice.. didn't pump up my heart rate like what I expected... But this is a good sweat!
