There was a theorized skip in Good Egg 2 that could use weird pull star physics to skip from the first planet to the last. A TAS managed to get a lot of height with it, but the creator showed another clip with an infinite jump cheat that shows how completely infeasible it was. @@TemmiePlays Well, at least it has some effort put into it and is an interesting approach to making a game more challenging so I'd not really consider it low-tier clickbait. It looked like it would get DEVOURED but THEN...!!11!!!", all complete with stolen material from some guy that just likes filming the outside world. Still, not something I'd watch just on it's own, while drawing it's actually okay.
Loved the way you put structure in your videos. Because of this and the fact that you put the necessary lengh for good pacing, I think that’s the best channel for this type of challenge, honestly
the fact he did this ENTIRE project knowing he wouldn't be able to do it because of the tutorial.. the HOURS of work into the tree bit.. you are truly a man of motivation
Yo this is finally lower now. There's a recent glitch discovered for Good Egg 2 that lets you skip to the end of the level. Only required star bits are the Black Luma star bits now I believe
The “later” bits actually sort of killed the pacing. Pacing isn’t about maintaining a constant pace for the entire time, it’s about spacing out long and short sections. You have to run to feel how much better the air tastes.
33:19 “MOST speedrunners”?! Either way, unless I’m mistaken, this was the video that started it all for your challenge runs. Now you’re over 2/3 of the way to 1 million subs. Yeah it ruins the pace by it just being "this was easy" and "we'll talk about it later" for the first half until he actualy gets to go in depth, it unbalances the video to have the first part be boring and the second part have everything that's interesting. It would have helped to have the in depth stuff talked about chronologically between the easy stuff which would make the pace feel a lot better and not front load all the boring stuff. Though aparently some people don't have a problem with it so idk.

prob a good stress releaver when he was doing the star 2

Mario: Zzzzzzz… (Clearly ignoring what CMeeCraft is saying)
Holy shit, the section on the tree has to be the hypest 3 minutes I've ever witnessed on RUclips. You have incredible filmmaking talent.
The end was heartbreaking. Good job on enduring as much as you did. I leave a like and a salute.
I like how calm they were when he failed. I was expecting rage, like I see most on RUclips. Subscribed.
Why does it feel like every youtuber rages
At least more original than without collecting any coins.
ikr, btw 100/10 profile pic, I aprove (Lancer would as well)
@@NintendoNerd7824 thx. By the way my name is Cancer.

it's literally the same low-tier bait as the other " can you X without Y !? watch my 30 minutes video to find out, probably not because I used an emulator and savestates! "
@@TemmiePlays Well, at least it has some effort put into it and is an interesting approach to making a game more challenging so I'd not really consider it low-tier clickbait. It's a bit clickbaity, sure, but definitely a big step up from "OMG see what THIS sea lion has DONE! It looked like it would get DEVOURED but THEN...!!11!!!", all complete with stolen material from some guy that just likes filming the outside world.
Still, not something I'd watch just on it's own, while drawing it's actually okay.
I don't want to seem weird or like a creep, but you have a very calming voice.
“Dude, what’re the sounds in the basement?”
“We’ll come back to that later,”
“Later” -Famous last words
Why doesn’t this video have 1 million views?
maybe because you commented this at most a week after the video came out
Ikr
exactly
Likely because of boring commentary style and more popular channels doing the exact same run.
SonicChaoCPPS cuz he's a copycat
Me one minute in: remembers that you have to feed a hungry luma at the beginning.
I loved this video. The ending almost made me cry
Lovely video but it’s a little long and you mumble a fair amount. Still, it deserves more view than you have. Hope to see more like this!
This guys so humble and I love it.
Yo this is finally lower now. There's a recent glitch discovered for Good Egg 2 that lets you skip to the end of the level. Only required star bits are the Black Luma star bits now I believe
Very well done video - appreciate the time put into this
"Placed a bit more aggressively"
* Aggressively gives you diabetes *
The “later” bits actually sort of killed the pacing. Pacing isn’t about maintaining a constant pace for the entire time, it’s about spacing out long and short sections. You have to run to feel how much better the air tastes.
I enjoyed the video a lot - deserves way more views than it's got, if you ask me.
Glitch, what are you doing here?
I'm everywhere, Lazer. You cannot escape me.
The sountrack in the end was so emotional!
Really admired this video man. It's too bad that you couldn't beat the challenge especially with the tree slope jumping that you had to do.
Every time you say "let's talk about this later" I get more annoyed
We can talk about how perfect that reply is, but let's talk about that later
Let's talk about that later.
Let’s talk about this later in detail
Let's talk about how that reply telling that other reply we'll talk about it later...later
This is the 6th reply but the first one without that famous quote
aw noooooo that ending was absolutely heartbreaking 😥😥😥
"[Japanese candy] is a Japanese sugar candy."
That three minute long tree montage was just inspiring compared to like every movie ever
This is such a great video I always come back to, watched it too many times
33:19 “MOST speedrunners”?!
Either way, unless I’m mistaken, this was the video that started it all for your challenge runs. Now you’re over 2/3 of the way to 1 million subs. You’ve gotten a lot better in terms of footage, audio, and writing quality, but your earlier works have this charm to them that makes them impossible to dislike, at least for me. Keep up the great work!
First 15 minutes of the video: "Let's talk about this later..."
Because of good egg galaxy star 2
Great, now do it without coins
Probably possible, but harder than beating the game with only collecting 106 star bits.
It's been done and there are coinless playthroughs on youtube.
If star bits are pieces of stars (which is what lumas turn into) and lumas love to eat Star bits, wouldn’t that make them....
*cannibals?*
The amount of patience you have.. Inspires me. 5 hours for ONE part of a level? Gosh..
Holy fuck, that's heartbreaking. I attempted this a long, long time ago and completely ignored mission 3 and the tutorial. I gave up after passing Bouldergeist. But the fact that you got so close is admirable. I was annoyed at your format and dillydallying of explanations at first, but my heart goes out to you for getting so damn close.

Congrats on an awesome run you still did great.
first video of yours i've watched a while ago. Great video!
Me: Watches whole video to see if its possible
Also Me: Knows about the hungry luma in good egg galaxy needing 100 star bits from the start
7:12 is my favorite part of the whole video
Im 10 mins in... And Eversthing thst could be interesting isssss... Coming later..
Who would win?
A no-star runner who has managed to get to the final level of the game without touching a star bit and even managed to find cheats to avoid touching stars and things people never thought of.
Or
Some vertical blue bricky bois and a star bit boi
33:30
Edit: who would win?
A speed runner who managed to get through 98% of the game without touching star bits and finding cheats
Or
Two hungry bois
34:50 - 35:30
hello sir, just wanted to say that this is a very good video. it might be one of my favorite videos ever and i've watched it more than once even though i know the results already. i love the way you paced the video and its just so entertaining, same with the sequel lol. thats all
14:31 ♫ Hello, Deep Dark, my old friend! ♫
"Let's talk about that one later" will haunt my dreams its unbearable
Nintendo : we'll be generous and make sure you get the starbits
Him : you don't know how disappointed I am
Thanos : reality is often disappointing
Hotel ? Trivago
I kind of hate the whole “we’ll talk about this star later” thing. Like you claim it’s for pacing when in reality it throws off the pace dramatically
If it went like that, the video wouldn't even be 5 minutes long
meta knightmare this wasn’t hate, this was me offering constructive criticism as a viewer. By him posting this he has opened himself up to the possibility of critique
I actually disagree. I think it suits the video much better. going chronologically would have ruined the feeling.
God, you had me in such suspense getting up that stupid tree! Even past that, AMAZING run.
Update I haven’t seen talked about. Good Egg 2 Skip has been proven human viable, and now skips the hungry luma. Now all that’s left are the 5 tutorial star bits.
