Definitely do whatever garlic portion is dictated in this video! I thought I was tough and did two cloves...now my breath smells like an Italian dinner table. I managed to balance it out, but it still has a slight garlic bite. I might even suggest using the amount in this video, but from one of those pre minced jars. I find that garlic is a lot softer of a garlic flavor.
Garlic can be tricky! Pre-minced garlic or garlic paste can have a more mild flavor, or I've got to be careful and tasting as I go when using fresh garlic!!

I'm not too sure if you've ever had them before but there life changing🙌🏼 I think more people need to know about this guilt free, vegan, gluten free treat. There amazingggg. You could search for different recipes but here's a basic one... Ingredients: 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained 1/2 cup all natural almond butter or peanut butter 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or agave nectar (you can also use honey if you're not vegan) 2 teaspoons vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/3 cup vegan (or regular) chocolate chips plus 2 tablespoons Add all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor and blend. Then mix in chocolate chips. Pour batter in an 8x8 greased/lined pan. And bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 mins. Cool and enjoy😋

I would guess these will last around 5 days in the fridge. They might last a week, but I would just trust your eyes and your nose to see if it's going bad! My best suggestion is to squeeze some lemon juice on the hummus, and to brush a piece of plastic wrap with some lemon juice, then cover the hummus so the surface of the plastic wrap is completely flush with the surface of the hummus and no air can get in - the acid from the lemon will help keep it fresh and prevent browning! Janine Kane I haven't frozen it myself but I have a friend that has! In an airtight container it can last 3-4 months. When you thaw it out in the fridge the hummus may separate so you'll have to mix it up but it should absolutely work :)
