Thank you so much!! This fix worked exactly as the video. I was so excited I didn’t have to take my machine in. We need more easy fix videos like this for our Berninas. I have an 820 since they came out and I have a hard time even getting it serviced properly because no one knows how to do an 820 machine!

I can get it pop back up into place but when I tap the close button on the gear screen the needle goes down and breaks on the foot or stitch plate. It just gets stuck down every single time it threads the needle no matter what. In to get it fixed tomorrow!

What if the small metal piece that actually threads the needle has popped off? Surely we can put that back on too? PLEASE?

When I try to use my automatic needle threader- the needle drops down. I turn the handwheel and raise the needle but as soon as I drop the needle threader to use it the needle drops down again. The needle will not stay in place for me to use the needle threader. What can I do to fix this issue?
