    When it comes to men and crying we understand a fundamental truth:
    We recieve harsher judgment if we do.

      @Eloise sargent It usually starts as a kid. My mother (may she rot in a ditch somewhere) made fun of me on every possible occasion. I was and still am really bad at math so she had so much fun when she made me do my math homework in front of her friends. When i started to cry she and her female friends had a very good time. • @SabatSch95
      @SabatSch95 4 года назад +66

      @Eloise sargent You're 16, and you're going to lecture men about their experiences & basically blame them for women being hypocrites? Okay. I know perfectly well that "not all" women are like that. I know plenty of women who aren't (mostly of the older generation though). But MOST women today (especially the younger generations) are without question like that. Who the hell are you to deny men's experiences?
      It's also highly absurd to compare this with the idea that "not all men are assholes", b/c men inherently aren't like that. But women inherently seek masculine virtues, stoicism being one of them & that's honestly fine. But women today, with the growing male-bashing movement, just don't want anything to do with male suffering. Period.

    • @AntiRiku
      @AntiRiku 4 года назад +20

      @Eloise sargent Firstly just wanted to say you sound like a genuine and reasonable person, but god damn these guys who responded to you couldn't form a coherent counter argument whatsoever, so at least shout out to you for that. My view on this whole thing though is that females like emotional guys, but that they're not attracted to them. I'm sure there are exceptions but I feel like it's the case with a significant amount. I think they definitely like it as a personality trait, but in a boy friend opposed to a boyfriend. It's like I prefer to kick it with a tomboy, but I wouldn't necessarily date her (I lowkey probably would if she was attractive lmao, but let's just say I wouldn't for the sake of the argument). I think the same goes with how many females seemingly enjoys the company of flamboyant gay men. I think this is the distinction many either fail to realize or point out.

      In 2020 my dog was diagnosed with bone Cancer and about a week after she had to euthanized because it got too bad. She was only 7 and I felt the same. I cried for days after and I had an icey, empty feeling in my entire chest and torso. Literally a broken feeling. I understand your pain man.
      But I will say, that taught me that I need to control my emotions and be very careful of crying. I had a beautiful female I was talking to and I opened up to her and told her I've been crying lol and not long after that she started ignoring me and we stopped talking after years of talking. But I think as men, we need to learn how to deal with our minds and emotions because as men we need to represent strength and emotional stability because in life anything can happen. Don't listen to people and especially women when they say it's ok to be cry and be weak because deep down we have to be strong because in most cases they aren't

Crying doesnt make u weak at all,it shows u re a human with emotions and u re not a robot. Im talking about crying when u re angry or when someone dies or smth like that,thats not a bad thing. If u cry like a child then its a different story,its stupid and i dont think much men do that. From my experience,guys who cried alot and got angry when they were about to fight,they were the most masculine after all. People act like crying and emotions is the opposite of masculine,which in reality it is not. its actually the opposite of feminine,since women are cold and dont give a shit,they re not compassionate at all despite their act that they are.

      Context is important. Let's be honest, regardless of gender no one likes someone who only indulges in self-pity and doesn't make an effort to improve their situation. Men like that who constantly cry are different to someone who has their shit together for the most part, but maybe they see a video of an old dog in it's final days and it makes them weepy. There's definitely different types of crying.

      @@PaperMakersAdeludedbroad YOU COULD NOT BE MORE WRONG! MEN ARE HUMAN BEINGS, NOT ROBOTS. There is nothing masculine about emotional suppression. It is unhealthy and is causing men to have many serious problems. If a man's "machismo" can be washed away with just a few tears, then that man obviously suffers from a weak masculinity. This facade of machismo, that so many young men, like you, put on, is not "strength"; it is all a silly act, it is downright foolish, and it is unhealthy for men. Fair warning, Paper Maker, anyone can act tough, or macho, when things are going good; but there is going to come a time when trial and tribulation will come your way. And then you will get a good hard dose of reality. I say this because you sound like a young man, caught up in his own self-delusion of power; who has never been through any serious struggles, pain, grief, or trials in his life.
      What's more, trying to act macho, especially in order to please the girls, is not "strength" or "manliness"; it is just plain STUPID, and it is a BIG JOKE. If your female friends expect you to put on this macho facade in order to appear "manly", then THEY ARE THE ONES BEING TOXIC; and you need to dump them. These are not "true women", these are sexist, cold-blooded, hateful, cruel, evil women. They are daughters of Satan and their final place will be in the lake of fire for all eternity. Therefore, don't listen to them, and DON'T LET YOUR LIFE BE RULED BY THEM.
      One of the great ironies that I have found in life is that a person of true strength is secure enough within himself to be willing to show his vulnerabilities, because he doesn't care about what other people think of him. On the other hand, a person of inner weakness, constantly feels a need to hide his vulnerabilities, and suppress his emotions, in order to appear outwardly strong; because he is very dependent on what other people think of him. Hence, men who always appear outwardly hard as a rock, are weak and falling apart on the inside.
      Just so you know, I am not one of these "new age touchy-feely guys", but I know what is healthy and what is unhealthy. And the way you are going is unhealthy! I am aware of the rigid, toxic gender roles and gender stereotypes that men have adhered to in the past, BUT THESE THINGS HAVE DESTROYED MEN'S LIVES. In the Bible we read on numerous occasions where men have cried and wept bitterly. Even Jesus wept. Therefore, if God's only begotten Son wept and showed emotion, there's no reason any other man should be reluctant to do so, at least that's what I believe. Simply put, anyone who says "Big boys and grown men don't cry" obviously does not read the Bible, has never experienced heartbreak, and has never experienced extreme joy. With all these things in mind, we should thank God for Joe Rogan and Nikki telling it like it is. As for me, the next time I am at the point of tears, there is no place I would rather be than FACE DOWN ON NIKKI'S LAP.

      Vivian Lee Giving in completely to emotions (especially negative ones) can be disastrous for a man in both his love life and outright survival. We are expected to show strength and make quick, logical decisions. Negative emotions in general affect logical thinking, and nothing dries the average woman’s vagina faster than weakness. The woman in this video is definitely a super rare outlier.

If she threatenes to leave and you try to stop her you lost, if you silently go to the door and open it with eye contact and say "cool", you won. Don't let anyone have that power over you.

    Consider this. When you see an old man who has been through hell start to cry (no words just seeing him cry because something deep inside was touched), it's hard not to be moved yourself. I remember my dad. Immigrant to the USA. Tough as nails, and never showed emotions because he believed the world was a harsh place. he worked at least 16 hours shifts every day up until he retired. Always tough and the rock of the family. Then his wife that he had been married to for over 50 years died. He stopped talking after that. I remember him crying quietly when we were packing up my moms stuff. It wasn't a movie type of crying out loud. Just this very quiet deep pain that is hard to grasp. I will never forgot that. He passed a week later after my mom's funeral. RIP Dad.

    "Don't cry ever" beating into my head so much as a kid. Now, explosive anger & numbing apathy have ruled my life longer than I would like. It's difficult to feel sadness, just as difficult as it is to feel joy. Men sometimes can have emotional dissociation, which is hard to explain to women sometimes because society has accepted that it's ok for women to express sensitive emotions but not men. Women can have trouble crying & emoting too, but it's indeed a much rarer phenomenon.
