Thank you !!!! What an amazing testament to my father… This bike was his baby… I know he’s smiling!
And I hope your kids love riding in that side car .. my dad used to pick me up from school in it, one of my best memories..
Thank you so much for watching!! You can tell how much he loved that machine. We are honored to have it here at WTT and proud to help keep his memory alive!
Its great to see your sweet young daughter loving those old bikes. Im sure she may well be so knowledgeable and good with wrenching with you just as you took in your expertees with Dale as a wee laddie.
That’s amazing, only someone like Matt could get that running. You couldn’t even bring that to a Harley dealer and get that running.
Nothing is better than a wheels through time video!
Absolutely 😉
Matt does have the best job in the world ?
Sooo.. exciting!
I second that
I like seeing your daughter trying to be interested. Good for her! Way to go dad! Keep teaching as long as she’s interested. Lots of love there.
Great video, i just got my dad's 57 FLH panhead on the road this year, sat for over 40 years, i finally got it home and have worked on it 5 years by myself. A lot of work but i think it would make him proud .I've loved every bolt I've turned.
Matt, Loved see you work with your daughter. She definitely enjoyed working with her dad. You’re a lucky man in many ways !
AWESOME watching you bring the History to your daughter!!! She did an AWESOME Job! THATS what its ALL abut!!
Your a great dad and your daughter is adorable 😊😊😊😊.
35:35 she really lights up!
I luv her enthusiasm and interest especially being so young and being a girl. At least she seems more interested in 110 year old bikes than barbie😂
So awesome to see you passing down the Walksler traditions to your kids like your father did Matt. 👍♥️😎🍻🇨🇦
My daughter worked with me at 8,9,10, years old in my gunsmith shop she is amazing. Reminded me of her your doing a great thing teaching her. Only draw back is when she went on her first date guys pickup broke down she fixed a battery cable and off they went he was so embarrassed he never came back for another date. Live your videos.
Fantastic bikes and nice seeing your daughter working with her dad and is that the next generation of antique motorcycle restorers
I love your relationship with your daughter.
Best thing a dad can do with his "little girl?" Make her a part of your life.
Her memories of you will be treasures she'll carry through her life.
And, I can see she loves hanging out with her daddy. That's beautiful!
Dude, seriously, you are amazing to watch. I'm 57 y.o. and would love to sit and be tutored by you...for a long time.
Just when I think I know something about motorcycles, i watch you and learn exactly what I DON'T know.
I'm in awe. Cute assistant too
Man I love these videos and bike scores. Matt, I wasn't kidding the past two years when I talked to you at the museum that working there would be my dream job. I don't care what it pays. It's all about the history for me.
I love how you search the place and come up with a part your looking for. FUN TO WATCH!
I hope years down the road we see these kids with the same excitement as Matt and Dale doing videos to get my grandchildren as excited as I am watching these videos
Love watching you work with your daughter. I'm totally geeking out watching you work on that 1914...
Matt and the WTT crew having fun with what they love just makes my day!
You're one of the luckiest people ever. Fortunately have the building, the bikes etc but to have your family to help and share in your fortune is priceless. Your little girl looks like shes actually interested in your business. That's rare and beautiful
All I gotta say is WOW !!!!!
That was sweet having your girl there helping
Awesome, thanks for sharing your experience with HD
The 55 is awesome and is in its original state. The 14 and the history lessons learning about the upgrades they did over the years is great information to hear. The biggest and best part of this video is having the little one with you on putting her back together, and learning to work with her hands. Nothing better than that brother. keep teaching them all the knowledge that has been passed to you to them and I bet they love every minute of it. I know we get caught up in the hustle of life, but you are probably seeing yourself when you were younger doing the same with your dad. Praises to you. Just simply awsome.
This is passion, THANKS !!!
Awesome man, support and enthusiasm from Western Australia 💯👍
What an AMAZING video. The way you interacted with your daughter had me cutting onions! I learned, I laughed,I cried. I even cheered out loud when it fired up and you took it for its revival cruise. Such an awesome channel. Can't wait to come visit when I'm out that way! Keep up the great work fellas!
Nothing like the first start up, and then running, of something that has been setting up for years. It's difficult to describe the feeling. Congratulations. Thanks. Made my early Sunday morning.
It's amazing how motorcycles have come so far, awesome 😊😊😊😊.
So nice to see you passing all that knowledge and love of these wonderful machine on to your daughter. Kudos, Matt.
AWESOME!
What a great dad!!
Memories made there 💖
Holy crap! This is a good find!!!❤. Wow!!!
Such a good pops. That little girl adores you. Harley’s bring joy to my heart, but kids are the best. God bless you brother!
Fantastic stuff! Daughter helping dad out Priceless!😊
I like the idea that his daughter has an interest and maybe we'll be seeing more of her working on the bikes and taking over
These are brothers... I wish I was surrounded by people like them, I would have been happier, more educated, more useful... God bless y'all I can't wait to see the WTT museum in person!
Great to see dad and daughter working together on a project. Doesn't get any better than that. I think that is Awesome!!
Once again Matt, I just can't thank you and the crew. Enough for showing and sharing. The knowledge and craftsmanship. On resurrecting and bringing back to life. The greatest American motorcycles of all. Your enthusiasm is infectious. Bless the whole WTT family.🫡
Involving the baby girl made my heart happy.
Love how you show and share with your daughter!
So awesome your daughter is so involved. Hats off. The place is awesome
I see that your daughter is going to work on bikes nice seeing the two of you together 👍😊
Excellent is all I can say. Thank you.
I hope Matts daughter gets the same passion for these bikes, be so awesome to see her grow and continue on the museum.
Love it!! Beautiful example of period accessories! 1950s excess!!!
My dad used to talk about a friend in San Francisco named Frenchie, who would win bets by riding his bike around the block in reverse. This was in the late 40's or early 50's. No sidecar or coffin.
Matt loved watching you and your daughter. As I watched, the bike kept switching from 'Orange to Red' and back again...Cameras? Thank-you!!!
My wife and I had the privilege of witnessing one of Evie's Tours this past Saturday. Its great to see the next generation will still have the passion! Amazing museum too btw.
That rear wheel was amazing like the bike and side car !! Wow thanks for sharing this !!
This made my night! Love these vids! What a great bike with great character!
Holy cow, those almost impossible tanks to find were sitting on that shelf for twenty years or more, waiting for that bike to show up. It’s mind boggling. What an amazing piece of history.
Cool bike guys! Thanks for teaching about the transmission and showing the inside of one. The 1914 bike is crazy! Thanks for showing those. I thought I saw one in Nashvillle, TN at the car museum but I can't be sure if it was a Harley. I love the internet. I am watching while in Martinique this week.
Absolutely beautiful bike
Everytrip up to Gatlinburg we come by. And I find something I missed before. Yall are great. And that lil burger place in town is banging. 🎉
You always seem like a little kid on Christmas morning when you get a really rare & limited make Harley, and it's just so much fun watching you & you begin to try & reassemble it. I knew your dad from different bbike runs, swap meets & antique/classic racing meets, you & I have talked a few times as well, but I doubt that you'd remember me.
I was just another guy who used to spend from late spring to mid-autumn working for different vendors & bike shops all over the country throughout the season, that was back in the days when a guy could still manage to make a living traveling around on his bike, and working for whoever would hire you for a spell & then head on down the road to the next one......
I just love seeing you involve your little girl in this, and she seems to love it as well! Live, laugh, love, learn, and pass it on.
Helping Dad… That’s Awesome…
Growing up, my best friend lived next door to a bike shop and they shared a driveway, I remember all of the Harleys going in and out with the reflectors, fringe, tassels, lights, bags, chrome buttons and other trim.
Some of the best videos I like to watch if you ever get a chance to go to the museum I would definitely recommend it. It's not just the bikes to hear them run is amazing
Awesome video. Kudos for getting your daughter involved
Dam I love thoes sadle bags that's sick. Well the hole bike is amazing
Love your enthusiasm and now how fantastic
Amazing, what a wonderful father to have your daughter involved. As impressive as the motorcycles! Please keep up the great work!
Thank you! Will do!
I love watching these videos. Really considering visiting the museum in the near future.
I would love to restore the leather bags!!
Buzz Kanter, haven't heard that name in a minute! I met him at a J&P Cycles Customer Appreciation Day
( RIP John ), the year American Iron Magazine was there celebrating their
Old School Shovel Tour!
Matt, you're the best! I've not even finished watching, but you and Evvy took the cake! Keep up the great work, I know you will, thanks for all you do🤘🤘🤘
What a super nice bike ! Great video…..thanks for sharing.
I love the enthusiasm and how quickly you guys get these oldies running.
Those german made knurled pliers ,I noticed bro ,nice
Now comes the fun part. Making it safe for the kids to ride in the sidecar...checking wires, connections, lights, bolts, nuts, screws, bearings, greasing fittings, tightening spokes, etc...
i love your enthusiasm
Love the videos love the builds can't stop myself watching the upload love it
I love these DWTT videos.
This was an incredible video
That so reminds me of my daughter 40 years ago. She always loved to act like she was working on motorcycles with me. What memories.
Matt, awesome job on being a dad! She won't remember most of the motorcycle stuff, but she will remember that she is important to you. And she is learning how to be treated by a man. Set the bar high; you won't ever regret your bonding times. They pass quickly.
Well done, my friend.
That would be a crime to destroy that sidecar. Wheels through time. HISTORY.
Watching you and your family do a vid together is really wholesome.
Another awesome video, Great to see your daughter out there, hopefully she will catch the bug too, if she hasn't already.
Back in the seventies, I had a 37 flathead, with a three speed and reverse. It was a sidecar Army bike, painted up in deep black and flames. The reverse was the notable issue, I'd back into a parking spot and folks would be in a circle watching me. I just love these old bikes. How about five kicks! Wow, that was easy! It sounds fantastic!
Liked in the first ten seconds ❤
very cool with the sidecar and all the bling.
That’s what super stoked looks like, Happy days 😊🍩☕️
Matt your enthusiasm is contagious! Enjoy every second with your beautiful girls, it goes by quick.
What an amazing video. Thanks for the share
What a gift to give to your kids, Time with dad and the love of bikes.
So good to see the next-generation coming on up!
Great adventure, thank you for sharing your work!
Went through the MTV Illinois museum many times. Bought many knuckle parts from Dale. Never met Matt but I don't think the nut fell far from the tree! Super dudes!😊
Taking the time to film this was Right On !!!!
Congratulations.
My favorite part was about 8 seconds in when you went in for a high five and he gave you a hug.
First time viewer, what an awesome video. Thanks for a great lesson in mechanical engineering history. That 1914 ad is total techno-geek. Loved it! Hah!
You and your daughter made me smile you are both blessed. And your side car gave me the goose bumps. ❤
Watching from the UK. I do love seeing the old bike's. Thank you for sharing them with us.
Absolutely. Im was born very near Fred Warrs HD shop Kings Rd. I remember as a kid Harleys being ridden along kings rd. Theyre so beautiful but so rare here even the WW2 45s.
Wow what a cool,
Aprincess., lucky guy. She's putting bikes together already, I was at less 11 when I started.
Great video thanks for it
Awesome! I don't know if I had any influence, but thank you for the ride video at end. So much cooler seeing it in action rather than fixed and done.
Amazing pieces of history!
Absolutely love this stuff....that shifter is awesome.
Great stuff man, passing on the passion and knowledge.
Very cool.....love it..... what a beauty!!
