    Awesome to see a workout in its entirety, I know you shouldnt give full workouts away for free, because you deserve patreon supporters and trainheroic subscribers, but it's awesome to have some full days thrown in the mix to give examples of all the theory you teach in practice I.E what it actually looks like in a day

    awesome! You should do videos for college athletes that encompass sleep, diet and training. A lot of kids eat mcdonalds and do 3x10 curls and are clueless as to why they arent getting more athletic

    Been utilizing Wenning warmups for the past 5 weeks and there’s a significant increase in the fluidity of my motor patterns during compound movements. My joints have also been able to tolerate more work capacity than what I previously thought.
