My DeWalt croaked 5 days before a deck job in another state. Just paid my mortgage so I didn't have the money to buy the Bosch I really wanted so I ordered this and had it shipped to my customer. It performed brilliantly and I couldn't be happier. I'm still going to buy that Bosch rotary, but this is a keeper for smaller projects.
I was really surprised with how well they work aswell to be fair ! And the build quality is really good on it as well, I have had the dewalt fixed so I have both now, I like the dewalt for its compact size and this for bigger jobs, But I could see where the Bosch rotary would come in handy for jobs like decks ect.
How did it work in daylight? Will you be getting a bosch or Dewalt? Why either of those over the Milwaukee.. Thanks
11 months on, did you discover the metal mounting plate they hide in the front of the bag between the polystyrene and bag?

Hi -- do you know what advantage the models such as this with 4-planes provides over the 3-plane models? It seems to only add a secondary horizontal line (a few inches away from the other). Is there any application where you would need both of the horizontal lines, since they aren't adjustable?
The only advantage is have long four over the 3, sometimes is hand to have a line the level with what you fitting and an offset, take for instance cabinets you can set your bottom line to the front of the cabinet but not always the back and that’s where the offset come into play. Hope this helps
Bottom row of shower tiles has always been a pain for Me, when I'm trying to get a low line on a wall. Most lazers won't accommodate anything below 6". Makes it nice for Mud pans and odd situations. I've not used this lazer but that's also why I'm watching this video.

great review..thanks. one thing i noticed was that the lines on the wall look very thick. they dont look thin and crisp. is this just the video or are the lines like 3/16ths thick?
Hi yes That’s mainly the video, the line is slightly thicker then my dewalt but I normally work to the top or bottom of the line, I would say the line is about 2.5mm thick. Thanks for your comment !
HI - great video. Would you recommend this model for setting out a floor. I'm about to start tiling a 15m by 12m l shaped kitchen / diner and what to use the 90 degree lines on the floor to see how true the room is and work out the best starting position. Cheers in advance.

Hi. Just wondering do you think this laser is good for hanging a grid of frames (photos) on a wall? i need to hang a huge grid and want to know what the best tool would be
Hi, thanks for your comment, yes I would say so due to it being a 360 laser aswell you can set it up in the middle of the room and have the laser on all 4 (or more) walls ! Hope this helps buddy !
Lewis... just do a video on everything🤣 ive got a huepar that replaced my green line dewalt, prefer the huepar i wish mine had the fine adjustment bracket, i got the 12 line green laser with standard bracket good laser for not alot of money!

Yes mate I must admit the fine adjustment bracket has come in handy a lot in the week I’ve had it !! And don’t regret buying this for the money it cost !! I think the dewalt has been well and truely retired !

I bought the huepar S03CG-L, my only gripe is the magnets on the bracket is poor, my old cross line laser bracket is far superior, how do you find the magnets ??
I have found this too and will be bringing this up with them, I’m building a good relationship with the company now so these comments help when I can go back to them with something, cheers buddy !

If you wanted to buy an additional battery, does the manual state where to find one? Can’t seem to find batteries anywhere for it on any US shippable site.

What is the point of having two horizontal planes? I don't get the need for 4D vs 3D and I'll be damned if I can't find it on the internet anywhere.
Sometime when levelling it’s it’s easy to measure from an offset, I.e doing units it’s far easier to use a block of wood with a line on it to level off rather then trying to level the unit itself. You can use the bottom line to set the unit the the second line as your offset, I’m not sure if that makes sense ?

I bought it in amazon a couple of days ago, because I have to build plasterboard walls and ceilings, it was important for me to have a remote control and it was accurate. The good thing is that everything is fine with accuracy, three of the four lasers have an accuracy of + - 1mm per 10 meters, only one vertical has + - 2.5mm per 10 meters, fortunately for me the vertical is not as important as the horizontal ones because 10 meters per I don't need to measure up. The 90 degree angle is absolutely perfect which is also very important to me. But the bad thing is that the remote control has a range of 3 meters, and you need to get close to switch with it. Also, the equipment and tripods are not really suitable for this laser, I think that the laser is just too big especially for the magnetic holder. It would be good if the battery could be replaced with AA batteries in case I forgot to charge ... The laser brightness is normal, much better than the red ones, but nothing more than other similar models in the price range. Overall, I am satisfied.
