I wish I found your video 2 months ago. I thought I was having an issue with my new audio interface... I actually figured this out on my own a couple days ago before I found your video. This fixed my issue!
WOW, I can't thank you enough for posting this!!! I was losing my mind when trying to fix this for my online guitar lessons. I have a lesson tonight and I'm sure my guitar teacher will be grateful as well, thanks again.
Hi musicians, teachers and students - if the sound of your instrument starts to fade on zoom while using the zoom original sound for musicians setting, it’s best to switch back to zoom optimized audio and set it to “low” -/ until zoom fixed this issue. ❤
Thank you for this video! I was able to find and change the option on my laptop, but not on my phone. Do you know how to fix this issue on the phone app so my students can make the adjustment on their end? Either way, thank you very much for the helpful video. It was driving me crazy!
It’s really strange after a few seconds of playing with original sound on it starts to dip and same thing happens when I change to low. It’s def useful to know. I wonder if there are any other work arounds. Thanks for the video
Thank you very much! Maybe you know why the original sound options stopped working? I wanted to get 44.1kHz stereo with high bitrate, not only to pass the sound without noise suppression
Hello! I got a new laptop, and the problem is ever since I got it from day 1, original sound and the low option both arent getting my guitar through, I believe it is a mic problem, maybe the way it was created was to only detect certain frequencies, is there any way I can fix that? I tried other microphones and it worked well, its just the laptop's mic that is the problem, I have a lenovo yoga
Your video just saved my mom's online music class, thank you so much!
So glad!!

You're very welcome!
It finally works. None of the info in other You Tube videos, Google searches or Zoom's website worked, but your advice did, thank you
Thank you!! I was getting so frustrated. Zoom should pay you and highlight this tip.
