When ordering request a couple extra zip lock bags to store the strop in. Also, you will need to condition the strop when it begins to feel dry, use olive oil. Any questions on conditioning call Knives Plus, they are very helpful.

If you ever do want to fix up that camillus, I live in Camillus, NY about 2 miles from the original cutlery. One of the gentleman who worked there opened his own knife shop after the cutlery closed and he specializes in restoring old Camillus knives.

You made a mistake. It's the benchmade griptilian or in this case the hogue Doug Ritter. Lol. I keep my knives in a couple of Amazon knockoff Pelican cases. They are excellent quality but unfortunately Amazon stopped carrying them and I'm going to need a third pretty soon, (100+ and counting!). Btw, you keep calling that Praxis the Baklash any more, you're going to have to get a Baklash for real. Just ordered the civivi governor in grey g10. And yesterday got the elementum in cf/g10 with Damascus blade. The reviews don't do it justice on camera. Doesn't pick up the reflectivity of the blade...beautiful.
