Funny thing, with all of those great knives on the table, my eye went right to the PST. I've lost Leatherman tools all over the world; but, my sister just found my PST from the 1980s or 90s. I can't wait to get it back.
If it makes u feel any better I got over 150 knives and I’m only 19. I got bit by the bug and I love it. Keep collecting and doing your thing. Love your vids.
Yes this is what I like. Absolutely dislike those videos where even one knife barely fits into the field of view of the camera and all the knives on the table are just in there for the thumbnail. Subbed!
Wow, and I thought I had a knife problem... Keep up the good work man! Love the channel! You should try out edc fixed blades and do a video on those. I'd love to see that happen.
Hey Bud. That is a sweet knife collection. You talk about customizing your knives often. I’d love to see you do some “How to” vids on knives and other edc gear. How to sharpen, change scales, handle a knive and so on. Most edc gear require some skill to use and maintain. Most people get the use part but don’t know how to maintain. And there is still a never ending supply of people that don’t know how to properly use edc gear. This applies to all edc gear. We even teach our kids not to point flashlights in people’s eyes except for self defense. Keep up the great work, and remember you’re not born with edc you’re taught edc.
Haven’t seen this many knives on a table without some guy yelling about the great deals they are while sticking knives in tree trunks. Of course your knives are wayyyyyyyyy better than those hucksters knives. Awesome collection
My grandfather gave a leather man T to my father and recently my father gave it to me, the blade is broken off, the flathead is bent. I still love it and use in my camping bag.
Sorry for the loss of your granddaddy, I have a PST my dad bought me when I went to work in facilities services, I to this day prefer that multi tool over any I own, which is about ten, thanks for your show, really enjoy it!
I had bought a set of copper scales for my m390 pm2 and they didn't last an hour before I took them off reinstalled the blue g10 scales and it came with and sold the copper scales. It just felt so unbalanced and tail heavy on that knife made it uncomfortable to carry and use
Says a lot about the sebenza that out of all his knives, his sebenza is in his top 3, I carried my sebenza for a straight month, and after that some of my other knives felt cheap
That's how I felt with my Benchmade Mini Barrage. I cringed when I picked my Kershaw Leek back up. But that Leek's safety has always drove me nuts, but when you sharpen a Leek they can easily pick up a scary sharp edge.
I think the manager is better than the champ although I’m not sure there is an alox version. The manager has pretty much the same utility as the champ but is quite a bit smaller (in the normal scale versions). I think the mini champ has a few redundant tools and tools most people would never use. But I do like the normal scaled manager because it has a pen and your choice between tweezers and toothpick. Just done a quick google and seems an alox manager would in fact be a limited edition alox rambler.
I have the 319 with the green micarta and put flytanium carbon fiber scales on it and I don't want to change them again because it was kinda a pain to change them.
Weird, I have to keep subscribing to your channel, for some reason I keep getting unsubscribed. I'm also a huge fan of Reate knives, their fit and finish is stellar from my experience. Love the collection pieces you showed, wish you did a part 1, 2, 3 to show vast majority of your collection. It's very interesting to hear peoples take on different knives their own, why they have, what caught their attention and even the sentimental pieces stories. So glad to see you do have something to cherish your grands with, besides just a memory. Love the channel, keep rocking it out, you're one of my favorite channels do to the person you are. Let's do the damn thing.
I just recently got the Liberation Street. I really like that knife. Looks great with the black stonewash or whatever the finish is on the blade and black micarta inlay. Still not very crazy about the clip though and it is a bit difficult to get in and out of my pants with that clip unlike all the other knives I have made by Reate from Pena, GiantMouse, Reate themselves, the ones from Massdrop, Liong Mah whatever else I might own by Reate lol but I do really like the knife still just not that trilled by the clip.
Love this video! Very well thought out & such a great collection. Inspiring on many levels. keep the awesome content coming! 👍🏼🙌🏼 Also I’d like to buy the north woods little bay from you if you’d like. Do you have a price in mind boss?
Hey Taylor, you should try out Emberleaf, their a brutish company that does custom beautiful knives. Ideal as heirlooms for a loved and would be the centrepiece of your collection
i love knives but im a broke student so instead of buying knives myself I trade self whittles wooden knives with my uncle for some of his actual knives, he has some of the weirdest and oldest knives and blades in general but somehow you still have more knives
I love my Berg Blades Iron Wolf and Pup. I bought the Wolf first and its been one of my absolute favorite knives ever. Then I saw Knifecenter had the Iron Pup a few weeks later and had to order it to go with the Wolf. I can't believe I didn't get one of the Pena front flipper Trappers. I heard that they were possibly going to do another run of them hope they do. I do love my Pena Lanny's Clip and Mini Diesel and Bronco from the Reate line have a few of the Chaves knives too just got the Liberation Street love that with the black stonewash whatever treatment on the blade with black micarta was on sale too $259 on Knifecenter. Few GiantMouse knives from Reate too like the GM6 I just got in the mail the other day and the Sonoma. That GM6 showed up the same day as my Rex45 Knifecenter Shaman and a Rike M3 from Massdrop.
Question...❓️do you actually really use your knives from your collection like ware and tear scratches...I started my knife collection and I find that I baby my knives.
What’s up Taylor I know you’re all about edc but brotha have you ever considered showing a few firearms on the channel or even making a secondary channel for edc firearms? A lot of guys on RUclips are starving to see new input from other voices
@@conradsmith9332 if we are talking about pure practical use then we should all just carry utility knives. balisongs are in itself a different part of the knife community but still should be an option for edc, they can do just as much things as any other knife. if we can agree that carrying multiple knives is fine then why cant carrying a balisong be fine as well.

But yea allot of knife channels don't give them alot of recognition that and I think they should get more.
As I've mentioned in another video, I also live in NC. I tried reading through the laws on Auto knives. You touched on the gray area of OTF Autos. Are knives like the Protech SBR legal to carry? I read for an hour and came out more confused than I went in. Thanks
Just since Black Friday I have bought at least 50 probably 60. 2 days before Thanksgiving I bought another Pelican case with Nalpak foam which holds 40 knives. I filled that up and ordered another Pelican since. To many good sales, to many discontinued Benchmades and Spydercos too this year I wanted lol. Its fine. It has been the standard steel used by Benchmade forever. They have just recently been moving over to s30v for a standard. I remember he once said: I'm not that into knifes. That was like 2 years ago. Look at him now :)
Remember when he didn't get why people buy expensive knives
Keep it at cheap knives and you’ll cut your audience is my guess (plus freebies).
