    Very educational video Bonnie ! From my experience sharpening a Silver line Jaguar 's shears is always a chalenge . The main problem is to get a proper rod line . Usually blades are out of alignment and rod line is not parallel to the egde ... I would call it "snake profile" ... wider in some places and narrower in others .... I know that in that case shears suppose to be hammered to get proper alignment first and then sharpen but it noy an easy process ... at least for me . Anyway greetings from Norway :-)

    What I've learned is overworking a rideline makes it push and bend the hair

      It most certainly could as well as cause drag.
