I appreciate the suggestions for what goes well with each dressing. That said, I'm probably going to use these on the lettuce, cucumber, egg, and crouton salad I've made the last 500 times.
I'm definitely going to try the apple cider vinaigrette tonight! I've been eating a salad almost every day for the past six weeks or so. So far, my blood tests shows that my A1C and triglycerides have gone down. Hallelujah! Thank you for these videos.
What all you did to get a1c down?
You ate salad because of some health issues ! Do you like them ? I just came for my salad since today I made one . I am 10 years old . It was delicious. But with dressing it would have been better .
i made it it was great easy quick i also added basil and italian spices to give it a bit more herby feel. :D

To make tahini dressing you will need: Tahini... 😳
To make tahini you need sesame seeds +vegetable/olive oil
Tahini with out the other ingredients is pretty much just tahini 😂😂

I loved the basil one , i made it and i substituted some of the ingredients because i didnt have them but it turns out great !! i add some mint and i used Rocca instead of spinach i also used a cucumber instead of the zucchini amm and walnut instead of almonds ok i changed the recipe but i used the same spices , thank u :P !

And many chinese foods contain oyster sauces in many of their ingredients as a small ingredient, so when you go out to eat in these restaurants, you can be guaranteed to be eating oysters in part.

Just what i needed!! Thank you! I can't stand shop bought dressings they are either fat or sugar loaded or tasteless and too acidic or vast waste of money. I can't use a whole bottle of dressing in a few weeks. now I have these I can vary salads each week and experiment. I tried to make a creamy very low fat subway south west chiptle chilli dressing but need to locate a suitable recipe.
