Loved this workout! My tricep is nutrition. I always have good ideas but with two kiddos (5&1), and not liking to cook I give up. Planning out October today and getting my stuff together. Keeping it simple so I can prove to myself that I’m worth it.
First workout I’ve done without power 😅 Praying for those impacted by the storm, the surge videos are absolutely heartbreaking. I didn’t take this workout for granted this morning. My “tricep” muscle is most definitely my glutes! It has taken me five years to finally connect and feel and see change and I still have a long way to go, but I’m getting there thanks to this channel! So grateful for you Sydney! Thankful for so much today. If anyone is impacted by the storm, as a Sydney fan, please let me know if I can send anything your way 🙏🙏🙏

Yes! Stay the course! The scale isn't the ONLY barometer for fitness. I am proud of you for recognizing that! Healthy changes, one at a time. Over the last several months, I have nailed the water part and the "showing up" part. I am now working on consistent nutrition by planning and prepping ahead -- this is the hardest part for me. But, we all succeed one day at a time, right?

Thanks for the pep talk at the end. I really need to spend more time focused on nutrition and core strength. I neglected my core for years because I thought cardio alone would get rid of my mid section issues. I recently started focusing a bit more on increasing my protein intake and core strengthening exercises. I look forward to becoming stronger each workout and achieving my goals of having a stronger, more leaner core that matches my lower and upper body.

Hooray it's Friday!! this was a wonderful quick 30 minute workout this morning.. Oh how I felt those abs - round three was a struggle but I did it!! I dont enjoy upper body I prefer abs core and legs - upper body is hard for me because of a nagging shoulder injury from years ago but I do them and I push myself!! thanks for another great workout Sydney - way to go Syd's Crew we did it
My tricep is working out any time after noon and weekends. So, I guess in broader terms that would be consistency! Sooooo many distractions after work and on the weekends. Trying to figure out a reasonable goal for October that I can build off. Yeah, I'm active, but not as much as my body tells me I need to be. There ya go. Side note - best wishes and hugs for everyone dealing with Helene! After 25 years living on the Gulf Coast (and now living where I overlook Canada), I am right there with you emotionally and mentally.
I feel like this month was more stronger leg focused than stronger upper body. I feel like my arms store fat more than the average person lol! (it's genetic) I know we can't spot reduce but I like upper body workouts 'cause I feel like it can help with that extra stored fat lol! When I developed iliopsoas bursitis I feared leg day because my hip flexer would get irritated but I never stopped working out. Before that I feared upper body workouts because it's hard to go heavy and I am very conscious about getting injured so I am extra cautious with upper body. Now love both the same even if both come with their own challenges! Thank you Sydney for keeping us goal-oriented and focused!
It’s crazy how fear can hold us back. I used to be afraid of Bulgarian split squats but I kept doing them until I mastered them. Let’s keep challenging ourselves and breaking though fear.💪🏼

Recovery is my tricep!!! I have come to think that the harder I work all the time, the more progress I will see! We'll, guess what? I stopped seeing progress because I don't allow for recovery!!!

Great working!! My tricep is being confident in my job. Since becoming a licensed nurse last year, I still feel as if I don't know enough. I asked my instructor when that feeling goes away. She said, "It doesn't." 😮😢 So, I will continue to learn and do the best that I can. 🎉 🎉❤❤💪💪👩⚕️🏥
My "triceps" are my core. Never been able to do a situp in my entire life. For the last circuit I had to push my feet under the sofa to even be able to get up during the situp. But I got really motivated by your speech at the end! I want to be able to do 10 situps without the aid of a heavy anchor at my feet :D
