Come take a tour of one of the most spectacular Phoenix homes I’ve ever had the pleasure of listing for sale.
An exterior experience like none other features bespoke gabion panels, formed concrete panels, and an array of desert plant life around the entire property. Tumbled Historic bricks pulled from the salt river bring an exterior patio experience like none other. In 1992,1998, and 2005 the home has undergone major improvements and upgrades. An ADU/workshop space was added, 500+sqft added to main space, all new plumbing including drain lines, new electrical, new metal roofs, carport extension All projects done 100% to keep the mid century modern architecture focus including the original GoreDesignCo Erosion sink in hall bathroom , and TWO DornBracht faucets in the kitchen.

Fabulous video! You have inspired me!!! I am about to list a Ralph Haver home in San Diego's North County. Know anyone who is a Haver fan in my neck of the woods?

Soapstone countertops in the kitchen?? Never EVER!!!! It is waaaay too porous, and will be difficult to take care of, prevent from staining. There are other more durable options.

Sandra it’s been there for a long time and it’s in incredible shape with the owners cooking on it literally everyday. Just cause you *heard* something, doesn’t make it so. This was an excellent choice, it looks amazing and is perfectly durable in a super busy kitchen.

@@MidCenturyModernHomeTours It's not something I HEARD - it is a FACT! How rude of you to claim my comment is ignorant! I have extensive experience in the field actually. It's wonderful that these people take care of it, but it is a legitimate warning that people need to be CAREFUL with it. You are misguiding people. But I get you want the house to sell.

How rude of me to correct your unsolicited and unsupported claim on my clients house 😂😂. The nerve of YOU. This house was under contract before I even posted the video and sold before I corrected you. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having soapstone in a kitchen, I’ve seen tons of them and they hold up great. Next time you’re going to post something negative about someone’s house, just stop and think “did anyone ask me” and then don’t!

@@MidCenturyModernHomeTours I have obviously triggered you with FACTS. Go ask a professional supplier and they will tell you what I have said. Your attitude is horrible for the business you're in and I would not trust you to do business with!! If you don't want comments when you POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA, turn off the comments. Now go take a pill and calm down. The house sold, so you should be happy.

@@sandraleigh4023 Lmao Soapstone in a kitchen is a super popular choice. There are lots of options throughout a house that might require more maintenance than others. That doesn't make them terrible.
