Magic. The wall tiles are reminiscent of Girard's tile colors and are so appropriate here. Love that you have an ADU for a studio, but when you convert a garage to a different use the cars sit out on the property or street, it negatively affects the neighborhood aesthetic. Still, kudos. Especially the outdoor fireplace and tiles you designed.

Nice rebuild. I have been looking for years to buy a home in a place similar to Ojai. I love the area and would give my right arm to live in such a beautiiful town. Good luck finding anything for sale unless you are super rich. Especially of late. Most of the limited homes for sale require complete renovation and remodeling. There really is nothing for sale.

The colorful accent tiles are all by the homeowner, Ren, herself!

Always dreamed of having a hanging fireplace like this and my new home has an amazing screened in porch that I'd like to install one in.
