The estate includes 4-ensuite bedrooms and baths, plus maids quarters or office with bath; large living and dining rooms; a sunroom; open kitchen; and an interior pond and atrium. Setback from the street, this extremely private one level property has sliders with outdoor access and mountain views from every room. This was staging for the sale. The current owner has been restoring thins back to the original state. I reproduced a bunch of mid-century la dscape lights for him. He had a couple of the original Al's that were nearly destroyed. He took me on a tour and it's probably the best house I've ever been in.

Amazingly timeless… Except for the patio, which amazingly had holes cut out for the trees… What builders save trees in the 2000s… NONE!
