Already did, along with the LCA flag delete. So much better. I think people get turned off by the flag, difficult dis-assembly and sell these - yeah the Mark IV may be better, but I love the older ones
@@crankygunreviews I'd love one but I don't like the look of the newer ones. And sadly the older ones aren't much cheaper since they're such good guns.
@@AA-dn8dj you can find these cheaper on Gunbroker, much cheaper if you don’t mind one with a little wear. For me the transfer fees just don’t make it worthwhile. Unless I got one for like $200
The shop I bought this from had both a woodsman and a high standard supermatic, but they were both about $1200 or more. I won’t spend that much on one…
Beautiful gun. Like you said hard to find one in good condition now, so if you do you should definitely pick one up! Cannot go wrong with these!
Thanks for watching! I was fortunate to find this one
damn i know a guy who owns around 12 of theese and i get to shoot with em once a week

My son gave me a brand new Mark III a few years ago.
Very accurate and highly reliable 22 LR pistol.
Every gun enthusiast should have one.
@robertonavarro7713 they’re amazing pistols, well balanced, reliable, and oh-so handsome
nice! post update on how it runs.
@@tmc6185 I’ve shot it in a couple videos if I recall correctly- shoots amazing.
Excellent pistol my friend.👍
Thanks! I can’t wait to shoot it
i removed the mag disconnect parts. i always store gun open bolt so you can see it's empty.
I don’t have enough room to store all mine empty, and I like the recoil spring and hammer springs at rest when stored, not in compression
Put a Tandemkross bushing to bypass the magazine disconnect.

@Cranky Gun Reviews
LCI flag not needed, just remove the spring in the LCI.
@@stchman I know but the flag was in the way for cleaning so I got the plug for it
I really like the older Ruger style with the tapered barrel.
I couldn’t pass it up

@@AA-dn8dj yeah, like I said, around me a standard like mine is $400-550, and a MK IV target or 22/45 is $500-$550 but not many in stock anywhere.
@@crankygunreviews I'm tempted to get a charger at this point, but they're so much bulkier, and I want to cut down weight on hikes.

Those are cool I always wanted a woodsman or a hi standard too

@@joemorganeatmyshortschannel I agree. They’re super cool, but man expensive. 22 plinkster has some sweet woodsmans
